I haven’t been to this store in a while, I decided to swing by and goodness… I have never felt so disrespected over a coffee. I’m truly disappointed! My coffee tasted like milk. The new owners aren’t doing themselves any favors with their employees. Sad.

Poor service over cigarette purchase. Lost my business. 62 years old and given a hard time trying to buy a pack of smokes for a lady friend.

I stopped here on a whim to let my dogs go potty and to get some gas. I walked into what was an unexpecting to me little coffee/ice cream shop too! I ended up getting the mint iced coffee and it was AMAZING. I'll be stopping at their locations passing through for now on. I'm addicted to their coffee 😂

The best ice cream and most delicious coffee!

We had no idea where we were and we just needed a place to stop. We found this spot and decided it was gonna have to work. Little did we know that we had discovered the coolest little coffee shop in East Tennessee! The coffee is awesome! And, of course, the best southern hospitality there is! We will remember this spot and will definitely be back for more coffee.

Great stop, coffee, Gabby Gourmet ice cream (AWESOME), food! Friendly staff, gas pumps are 24 hrs.

Bathroom was clean, gas was priced .15 cents higher than right down the road, the girls behind the counter were not friendly. I ordered a plain hot dog thinking I would recieve packets of ketchup with it or they would have them available. I asked for ketchup after I got the hot dog in hand and she said they could not take the hot dog back over the counter because of health code, which is understandable but they should tell customers that before hand. She did put some in a small cup for me. I suggested that for future customers it would be nice to tell customers before handing the food over to them. I got no comment, so I asked do you agree? And she did give a little smile and said yes but no apology, thank you or hope you come back! This kind of service will cause people to not return to your business and that concerns me. I really like your concept of a gas station and treats! Please encourage your employees to be friendly and better deal on gas. We need more fun places like yours in Tellico!

Has very little variety and doesn't have a sign to notify EBT users they don't take EBT.

I want to give it 5 stars, but have had a couple not great experiences.First one last year I just shook off- daughter wanted a twist I didn't realize it wasn't a normal chocolate and vanilla. She didn't like it I asked if it was chocolate and vanilla, but it was peach? The lady didn't really give me an option or suggestion or anything so I just asked to buy another 1 scoop of chocolate ice cream... so spent $10 on ice cream.Since then my husband and I have come in for the coffee, which we enjoy. But the customer service is not great. I mean it's not bad, but it is awkward and not very friendly. I have received friendlier customer service in the dunkin drive through these last 4-6 months
