I went to pick up a DoorDash order and I got cussed out for going to pick up a door dash order they are rude and disgusting they have no business being open they are just outright rude and disrespectful fire that girl you know who you are not to mention the door was locked and she looked right at me and walked away then I pulled to the drive through and then got cussed out

Rude is not even the right word to describe things. Drive thru was empty, but was asked to wait. Waited several min when a guy came over the speaker. I have always ordered pancakes, which are on the 24-hour menu ( I have ordered there multiple times in the last 3 years). He started to argue with me, being rude, telling me they don't serve them during lunch (mind you, it is 1038 on a Sunday, which is normally still breakfast). I simply stated that is not true because I have gotten them before, but.. and then he cut me off, saying it has been that way since before covid. His tone was so that I decided that I was not going to stay, and I asked if he was the manager, which he replied yes. OK then. I said good to know. Before I could continue, he told me he refused to serve me because I wanted something he was not willing to provide. Again, good to know because I was planning on leaving the rudeness behind. I left this location and being the good grandma I am, called the Vonore store and asked them. They said of course they have pancakes all day. No wonder the drive-thru was empty. No one wants to deal with a rude person. And if he is the manager, which I highly doubt, then corporate needs to check on that store. Just saying. The extra 7 min drive to Vonore was worth the nicer service.

The gay transgender man that works there came into the bathroom with me and my daughter absolutely disgusting and vile we will never be back there. Use your own restroom instead of making women and children feel violated.

I went there at 2:30 today and I ordered a number 3 and 1 large. They gave me medium fries and they weren't even cooked. The burger was too greasy. I will say this is the worst one I've been to yet. I will never come back here ever again.

Ordered 1 steak, egg, and cheese ahead of time through the app. Waited for 30 minutes in the drive-through, then told to pull forward, and I waited 10 more minutes. I got a bagel with a hamburger patty, egg, and cheese. While it was okay, it wasn't what I ordered and tasted weird. I rarely eat here for this exact reason. Employees are always dirty looking and either covered in tattoos/piercings or look like they are on drugs going in slow motion or both. You would think that I might learn my lesson by now. The only reason I even considered it was that I received a discount notification through the app.

Place is am absolute joke. Shut it down. Worst service in all of town. Rude staff. Never ever coming back. Can't wait to see it close forever. Walked out with nothing. Never get a dime from me again. Always dirty tables. Dirty play place. Kiosks won't work or even offer half the menu items. Orders always wrong and high prices. Gonna tell everyone. Go to a local sit-down restaurant and get real food, real service, and better pricing. Management isn't qualified to clean the toilets. Worst place in town. Someone should inform corporate. Bulldoze it and put in an Arby's!
