Horrible service! I spent almost 50 dollars at this location and never again! They messed up my order and left off a burger I ordered, easy fix, you would think. So I was ask to view my receipt, then was ask to pull over and wait after already waiting 15 mins in the drive thru and it was hot with no air in my car. I told the lady to just take back the six piece nugget and give me my burger cause she stated the nuggets was part of some deal with the mcdouble I ordered. After telling her this, she closed the window then some black lady come to the window and screamed at me to move. After telling her how long I had already waited I ask her just to forget the burger and give me back my nuggets. She said she threw them in the trash then closed the window on me. The girl come back handed me my bag and I assumed they give me the burger I ordered. Nope, I get home it was 4 of the six piece nuggets I ordered that they said they had throwed in the trash. I wish I knew how to get a hold of this owner ! Is it so hard to keep employees that they are allowed to treat paying customers like this.? I'm going on a mission after this and everybody i know will know, they give you food out of the trash and Horrible service and to top it off, they laugh in your face when you tell them you will let the distric manager know. They obviously know nothing will ever be done about their terrible service or their rudeness. I hope the owners see this and change things with their employees. If not, this restaurant will def not be around long.

I went to the drive through for some chicken nuggets and they were literally burnt to a crisp. I then went inside and asked to see the manager who took a look at the nuggets and agreed oh, then exchanged them. No I’m sorry or something of that or some free pies perhaps? No, just oh well. Sad place.

I usually don't eat a McDonald's, I had my grandkids. The restaurant was very clean, service was excellent everyone was polite. Restrooms were very clean. My hamburger was a 1 out of 5 way to dry no taste.

We went through drive-thru and waited almost 30 minutes for two of our items. Then when we got our food two of our sandwiches were incorrect. One was supposed to be a bacon McDouble, no onions. The other was supposed to be a McChicken and tomato. Neither one was correct

They had to remake my food multiple times and still couldn’t get it right. The food was extremely stale, and all the management had to say was, “looks good to me”. The ice/coke machine in the lobby had visible mold on it, once again when an employee was notified they said, “I don’t clean it, that’s _____’s job”. Upper management better step in immediately and get their employees and lower level managers in check before they make someone sick!

Ordered breakfast for my child through the app at 10:26, got there at 10:30 waited in drive thru lane for 10 minutes. When I got to the speaker, they told me they quit serving breakfast at 10:30 and told me “you’ll have to cancel your order.” So ridiculous and unprofessional. They do not care about their customers. How hard would it have been to make 1 bacon, egg & cheese biscuit. I will NOT be returning, I will drive to Etowah instead and give them ALL my business. I will let everyone know not to come here. Just went to Hardee’s instead and they serve breakfast until 11am so they will get my business.

This place is terrible! And when I asked them to replace my cold burger they wanted the receipt so I gave it to them. She told me I had ordered it 15 minutes ago and it’s still warm they had just brought to table ! When I pushed to get a warm burger she told me she didn’t like my attitude. And yes they had no coke products.
I screwed up BIG TIME by placing a mobile order last night. I pulled up in the drive thru line to pick it up and it was a fairly long line,but I figured it would go pretty quick. WRONG. The girl in the car in front of me got sick of waiting and went inside to order. She came right back out and told me they only had 3 workers there and were still trying to run the dining room and the drive thru! Wouldnt it make more sense to only have the drive thru open?! Anyway long story short, being that my order was already paid for, I was stuck. Like 45 minutes stuck. And my entire order was wrong.

If I could give zero stars I would. Completely terrible customer service, no ice in the lobby but had ice in the back and refused to give me and my family ice in our cups but gave everyone else in the restaurant ice in their cups, then didn’t want to refund and when finally did refund gave back the WRONG amount of money and my husband had to correct them lobby was disgustingly trashed. The play area for kids was closed for “ maintenance“ and so was the drink machine in the lobby and won’t do shakes or frappes. wouldn’t recommend this McDonalds to anyone.
