Need a new GM that will treat his customers with respect and not be rude to your paying customers. I will not be back to this location until he is replaced and he has had complaints by other people I know.Being rude to your customers will close the doors faster than bad food.

Called and ordered 2 pizzas at 10 p.m. and it's going on 11:42 and still no food. Tried calling and got transferred to the main place and no answer. Absolutely ridiculous.

I ordered pizza at 9:48 pm and the tracker said I would get my pizza around 10:30. I then get a text that my order is running late by a few minutes, but my delivery never came. I stood in the driveway for 30 minutes for nothing, not even a call. On the online tracker it said it was still in the oven at 11:00 pm. Really Pizza Hut, get Madisonville store in order because it has gone down hill badly.

Great place with a good atmosphere. It has been in the same location since I can remember.
Kid-friendliness: It is a family restaurant, however more of an adult atmosphere.
