Had the best service the kindest person took my order. Personable, interested,,and very attentive . Sandwiches were really good !

Paid for order through the app and was told they didn’t receive the order and to contact customer care through the app. There was no number for customer care through the app, they refused to help any further, wouldn’t give me managers contact info or franchise owner info, AND threatened to call the cops on me when I asked for the managers name and phone number to resolve the issue…. Brooke was very unprofessional and rude. And she seems to have several bad Google reviews from the last two weeks so apparently I’m not the only one that she has been awful to.
There was also another customer in the store having the same issue and Brooke wouldn’t help her either or issue a refund although she had the receipt in hand. (I only had the bank transaction to show bc the app wouldn’t pull up the receipt for me.)
I wouldn’t be surprised if Brooke is pocketing the money she is stealing from customers. It was only an $11 order so I’m letting it go but I definitely won’t be back to this store location.

Friendly staff, listens to your orders and tells you about options available. They aim to make your experience great! They communicated with each other and worked as a team to have a happy customer and a clean, well stocked restaurant.
Dietary restrictions: I’m on wheat bread only and nothing fried diet, first place that came to my mind was Subway! Best place to go any time but but makes this diet even better… so many yummy options!
Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of flat area to get in and out. Dining area and restrooms have ample room to move around with a wheelchair or walker.
Kerri is a amazing sandwich artist. She is kind and caring and is always polite and ready to answer any questions you may have. I would give 10 stars cause of her and the GM if it would let me.

I got a number 6 and I got home and ate it was absolutely disgusting I don’t recommend there meatballs tasted like the frozen ones you get from save a lot or Walmart it was terrible this place needs to be shut down, not to mention there was trash on the ground when you walk in

I don’t recommend the food. And I don’t recommend getting the job. Your food is always a week old. The roast beef is disgusting. The manager Steven never wears gloves when prepping the food. He acts like your friend and talks about you behind your back saying nasty things. He chooses favorites and he is never working his own shift. He asks his employees to work his shifts and then will offer them bonuses. He never pays them the bonuses and if asked to many times for what he owes he will fire them. And then give that money to someone else. He’s an overall terrible manager.

The managers are rude and allow anything to go on at that store they don't change gloves in between making sandwiches and they don't make.there employees wear proper uniforms or slup resistant shoes and let 16 year old close down store with a 15 and 14 year and no manager with them I've talked to the bbb and they said at no circumstances should any child under the age of 16 should be left by themselves without a manager on duty it is against the law and they ould be fined up to 5000. You would think a felon would know that and to be a manager and run the store from your home by watching camers and texting them when to leave but I don't think that a manager should have a group chat going when they fire people that is so unprofessional that it could get them fired because really it is privacy act they are not following a d if they don't believe what I'm saying then they can call the bbb themselves and I also know that the manager the blonde is known to steal hours from everyone and add to her and her husband pay so if iwas the owner I would go back through the books and see when she started doing it and anyone who allows their daughter to work with Steven beware because he likes to be very inappropriate with them talking things he shouldn't and putting his hands on them in places that would make any young girl uncomfortable he is lucky he daddy didn't go their that day he did put his hands on her so I think I will get a hold of hus boss and let him know all about him and hus wife they are not good managers or people they should be demoted or fired just saying

Ordered online, and my sandwiches toppings were completely wrong, there was hair on them and they were all crumbled up. Do not order online, god knows what they do when you’re not watching.
Ordered curbside service, half the stuff we ordered on the subs weren’t on there, the chicken on the buffalo chicken was cold, they didn’t even put cheese on either sub…absolutely a waste of time and money. I will literally drive out of my way to go to Sweetwater.

Food was great as it is with every subway, but what stood out to me was how nice the manager (assuming she was a manager because she was talking about inventory) was to the other employees. She seemed to be just a genuinely nice and patient person. Good going whoever you are :)
