Very interesting flavors and i like the explanation for each wine that we were able to taste. Beautiful views and a wonderful tasting cabin that had a lot of character. Highly recommended

I spent 34 years in the adult beverage industry, so I have been to hundreds of wineries and distilleries.

Tsali Notch is our favorite backyard winery. We live just under an hour away and love visiting this winery.

Quaint, super friendly staff, beautiful views, well manicured, and we have a couple of wines that definitely hit the mark for us.

Spend a few hours here with some wine and picnic. Dog friendly too, so that’s even better for us.

The view is breathtaking. We did wine tasting sampling six different varieties, which was very helpful. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. I learned a lot about muscadine grapes and the Tsali heritage. Local family and traditions. Interesting fact … early fall is peak season!!! We also did the you pick bucket of muscadines. So much fun and hands on. We went home with a bucket of grapes, wine tasting muscadine wines and a souvenir glass. Great price!! Great staff!! Stunning location!!

Tsali Notch Winery is a gem! For $12.50, you get to sample a range of muscadine wines and take home a cute mini wine glass. Grab a cold bottle of your favorite and choose outdoor seating ranging from shaded picnic tables to cozy rocking chairs on the porch. Bring your own picnic food and enjoy the stunning mountain views in a laid-back atmosphere. It’s the perfect spot for a serene afternoon, with clean bathrooms. I highly recommend it!

Wow amazing views.Perfect place for the wedding! Wonderful wine ! We enjoyed tasting by Kayla and Jane, they are so passionate about the vineyard and grapes! Excellent customer service! Would come back again! Six stars for Kayla and five stars for vineyard! Loved the local cheese too. Only one regret just bought two bottles of wine…

I love all the products at Tsali Notch Vineyard. But my favorites are French Broad wine, red Muscadine juice and the soaps.
I especially enjoy the views of the mountains. It is always calm and peaceful when I visit.

The staff is passionate about their vineyard! Wine tasting with a view! We camped as Harvest Hosts members on the most beautiful ridge, with a level sight, surrounded with mountains. In the evening, We sat under The shade of trees With a view of the sunset and the vines. The show the fireflies put on was fabulous! We toured with the owner and shared his Story about this vineyard. Definitely worth a stop!

Beautiful property and everyone I can across was so nice and helpful! The tour was enjoyable and informative. The tasting was also fun and informative. I had never tried Muscadine and they answered all my questions and more. I was also traveling with my cat and had to work since it was a weekday and they allowed me to work on the property in their multiple seating/table options and take my cat on the tour in her carrier. Thank you so much for accommodating me! And I look forward to visiting again!

It’s $13 just to do a tasting. Beautiful grounds, but there are many wineries that allow a couple of free tastings.

Our second visit was a lovely as the first. We’ve now seen the late fall and late spring months of this beautiful vineyard. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The wine is great for dry or sweet taste preference. We’ve had light rain during both visits, yet we still had gorgeous views. I also found my favorite soap at this winery! ❤️

What a beautiful spot for a drink! The staff was very friendly and provided their recommendations for tastings, suggestions on creating your own cocktails with their various wines, and where to visit around the vineyard.

The French Broad was exceptional!
