We had excellent service and food. The restrooms were very clean, which is greatly appreciated. Just wish there was a little more gravy on the mashed potatoes but it isn't a deal breaker for me. :

The food here is usually pretty fresh and I love their spicy chicken biscuit and Bo rounds the most! This location is clean and the employees work hard but they could smile more :) I love BoJangles. Wish we had one in Winchester!

Every time I go to the Bojangles in Manchester Tennessee they forget something it's a long wait and then all around not good experience always got to wait on them to make chicken it's a chicken place how do you not have chicken ready

I usually love this place! Their chicken is amazing, and it’s one of our go-to spots after groceries on Saturdays. The service is generally good, but last week’s experience was frustrating. We waited for 30 minutes for our order, only to find out it hadn’t even been prepared. The guy who took our order didn’t finish packing it because he assumed someone else would handle it—when it was clearly his responsibility.
My husband had to go to the counter to check, and fortunately, a guy (manager I think) stepped in and gave us a full refund, which I appreciated. While the food is great and the situation was resolved, that kind of service is unacceptable and needs improvement. I hope they address this issue to avoid future mix-ups.

Love bojangles but going through the drive through today the manager who was servicing us missed several items on our order. We should’ve checked out before we drove off, but making it back home we realized a lot of the items were missing. Giving them a callback they were very apologetic and were willing to make it right if we came in person, but we didn’t have the time to drive back. I think the policy of not issuing refunds over the phone was kinda frustrating, but it’s understandable. Mistakes do happen though so at the end of the day not the worst thing to happen but didn’t really make for a great experience. Also I thought this was funny but when we were ordering the person at the drive thru asked if we wanted to try the new Bo bites, but when we tried to add it to the order they said they were all out. Why mention it in the first place? ??
It took over 20 mins to get 4 chicken biscuits and two drinks.... has anyone ever tried this coffee before serving it to people. It is absolutely disgusting. The tea was sour because it had been sitting too long. Never again!
