Nice place. Cashier for today (8/24/25), Chloie, was very polite and got my food quickly. 2 minute wait max, probably less. She also told me what they were out of up front, something I've noticed many places don't do unless you ask. Having worked in the food service industry myself, I can definitely appreciate the thoughtfulness. Also the food was great. Will definitely be coming back soon!

This was a very clean bojangles, which is not always the case. Had my favorite chicken on a biscuit and thoroughly enjoyed it. Was not greasy! Definitely recommend this location!

I was looking forward to eating Bojangles while we were traveling today, as we don't have one near our residence. I was sadly disappointed at the food we got today, as all of it was, at best, room temperature. They apparently prepared the chicken strips and bone-in chicken long before it was to be served. The Bo-tato rounds were also cold.

Traveling through TN, we stopped in at the cleanest restaurant I think I have ever seen! Donna runs a tight ship with the dining room cleanliness, and the culinary team delivered piping hot food. Definitely will visit again when traveling through!
I love Bojangles. They have the best fried chicken out of any of the usual options and it isn't even a close competition. But the drive through is now using a computer generated voice to take the orders. It made the whole experience really unsettling. As much as I love Bojangles chicken, I know the next time I feel like getting it, I'll remember the drive through voice and spend my money elsewhere.

I went inside the bojangles to order my meal and it took over an hour to receive it. There were only 3 other people behind me that ordered and they got their food first, although it still took over 30 minutes to receive theirs. A worker quit during my wait, due to the lethargic condition of the workers. 30 minutes through my wait I stood by the cash register to request my money back but nobody ever came to the register. By the time I got my food the chicken tenders were burnt and dry.
