Stopped by on my way home after work to pick up breafaat at 6:05 am on Tuesday April 16th 2024 and waited in drive thru for 5 mins or so , nobody answered drive thru, so I went around the building and dark headed girl was just standing there. So we went back to drive thru and tried again she didn’t answer drive thru so after waiting again I left and went across the street to get breakfast . And she waited on two cars in drive thru I could see from across street i will not recommend this location in Manchester Tennessee .

Service was trouble. Had wait 10 minutes for biscuits out. Lady before me had chicken and fries was waiting 30 minutes. Said something to worker was very rude . Had to many people standing around ,. Could of got food out . The drive thru was wrapped around building to entrance . They was crazy busy . Only good was my biscuit was fresh and hot.

Feel sorry for the only two employees I saw trying to do the best they could. I and others gave up trying to get through the drive through and went inside with no luck there either. More people leaving than being served. Sad

I would say typical of Bojangles. If you like this chain stop in and you will get the usual. I was a bit disappointed in the biscuit but the chicken was yummy.
