I have to be honest. Our meals were not good. They were kind about it, and offered to get us something else. It also took over 45 mins to get the food and the restaurant was not busy.

Have visited here twice now. Bar drinks both times on the weak side. Spinach Alfredo pasta very good, potato skins cooked just right with being crispy, fish chips good . Hamburger ok surprised they used frozen patty. Service first time top notch, except took a very extended time to wait for our desserts to go. Why can only manager cut desserts, if this is the case have some ready. Carrot cake no good very very dry and did not like frosting, I have had many carrot cakes always moist and flavorful not sure what they used or put in that frosting but was not good. 2nd visit service was average, she said she was new.

After a detour to get a rental car problem straightened out, ended up at a nearby winery that recommended Boskey's. Came in around six on Thursday and was seated immediately. Ordered a sirloin with fries and chip sides and my wife got the chicken bruschetta. Steak was prepared exactly as ordered and delicious. My wife also enjoyed her entree. The manager checked on us a couple of times. Obviously cares about her customers. On the golf course. During appropriate weather the back dining area had garage doors that opened up. Too dark for us to tell what the view was.

Food was amazing but service was lacking. If it wouldn't have been for who I believe was the manager, we wouldn't have gotten our drink and appetizer order taken. Our appetizer was already out before we even figured out who our waitress was. Maybe it was an off night but the food was worth a few issues.

Fantastic place to dine out. Great atmosphere, the steaks melt in your mouth, but I have to give props for the bourbon/whiskey selection. Top shelf. If you are in the area this is definitely a place to visit.

Let me start this rant off making it very clear that I'm almost 40 and have never left anything but positive reviews, even when food/ service wasn't the best. We've always enjoyed Boskeys and we spend a lot of money at this establishment. Not sure what happened today, but the service was awful. Yes, I was a lady dining alone, however I still deserved to be acknowledged just the same as the table full of men that received plenty of attention. I mean I did spend $50 just on myself.
Anyways, I was left with empty beverages while my waitress was standing around, annoying.... yes but it happens, I get it. She did finally refill my water when my food was delivered. I said thank you and received no response.
I also ordered a med/ rare steak only to receive a well done/ tough, flavorless steak, which I would normally not even care about, but after she dropped my food off. She never once came back to ask if the food was okay or check on me. I also ordered cake with my meal which I never received. I finally asked for my check and bounced. Awful service for a $50 meal. Do better Boskeys! That girl should not be a waitress. Although the table of men appeared to be well taken care of. We will not be returning. She's lucky I left the tip I did, it was not deserved.

Worst crab cake ever mostly filler. Not sure if it had any crab at all. Sat out on the porch for lunch and it was way too hot! Servers were fantastic
