Ordered a Whopper and got just the patties. When I called which was about 15 minutes later after I got home and realized what happened I was told I was given the wrong item and they still have my whopper. I advised them I don't want a whopper that would be 30 mins old. When I got there I was told the same so of course I advised them I won't be back.

I love this place! Burger King onion rings are my favorite daily craving lately. Always fresh and hot. The staff is always very helpful, friendly, efficient, and on-task.

There was recently a medical emergency involving an unresponsive child and a completely panicked mother desperately trying to get help for her daughter. The staff at this location did everything they could do to help the mother until emergency services to arrive. I cannot imagine how stressful the transition to food service employees to amateur medical first responders must be, but the people who work here did admirably from the reports of the mother and thankfully the child was ok. I hope that the franchise owner finds out who in the staff took charge of that situation and gives them are properly uplifted. In this world we need to celebrate the helpers. We read of the apathy and the ugliness all the time. The staff of this little Burger King was an example of the good. Don't let that go unnoticed.

Went through the drive thru tonight, only car, the food was quick coming out. We got home and I wish I would have checked it before leaving. Missing cheese, burnt black bacon, these fries are so old and hard we couldn’t eat them, and the one burger they put cheese on, the cheese is like hard plastic, not even warmed. For how dang expensive this is, there is no excuse not to serve fresh food at the very least. Please consider going elsewhere, I have a feeling we will be sick from the little of this we did eat.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.....Came through the drive thru was the only car and ordered my food and was given my drink and asked to pull forward. There were no other cars, so I pulled forward anyway. Waited for 20 mins, but still no other cars have shown up, but I still hadn't received my food, so I backed up to the window, and the person that came to the window to explain that they spilled something in their walk in and were cleaning it up and that I should try wafflehouse across the street, I tried to just tell them to cancel my order then but I guess she didn't hear me so I put my car in park to wait for her to come back so I could confirm the cancelation. She asked me to move elsewhere that I was running her times up, I proceeded to tell her I was waiting for my food for 20 mins, and she said I didn't have an order. I told her I did, and she argued till I said I could give her the receipt, and so I did and got my food. The lady was extremely rude and did not seem to have been in a good mood at all. I work in the food industry, and I get there are bad days, but there is no reason for this kind of service. I would not recommend this place to anyone if it's the Night time Crew. It was the manager who was rude, not the lady at the actual window, taking the order just to be clear.
