Burger King is one of my favorite restaurants. But sadly the one here in Manchester has fallen apart. I have given them multiple tries. Every time you pull up you're looking at 10 to 15 minutes waiting. Most of the time you have to send your food back because it's not right. Today I thought I would give them a try when it was not the main hours it was only 2:00 in the afternoon I was pulling off the interstate and noticed that there was nobody in the drive thru. I said surely this will be a quick experience just like we used to have a long time ago. I pull up and victoriously order a simple number one Whopper meal. Pull up to the window and the man immediately says can you pull up and Park. I couldn't believe that with no one in the line I was already having to wait. Any classic Manchester Tennessee Burger King fashion, the order was not correct. I kindly asked the gentleman to correct the order. He said nothing to me. He came back with correct order. I told him thank you and have a good day he said nothing back which is fine I understand. However the order was still wrong. I'm putting this review because I am sad that one of my favorite restaurants has declined so pathetically due to poor leadership no doubt. Healthy someone from corporate will realize that this restaurant is getting bad reviews and they will turn it around

Placed an order via Door dash and it wasn't right. Tried to call the restaurant 3 times and got no answer. It rang until the call self canceled 3 times. Worst customer service ever. I am immobilized at the moment and rely on delivery service. Then delivery was excellent but the sealed order was just wrong and not what I paid for.

Worst service ever. My fries tasted like they were double dipped just to be warmed up. Disgusting. My burger was sloppy and cold. Customer service was dull very unfriendly service. I won't be back. Manchester tn bk is the worst. They could learn alot from the winchester store. I went daily there I'm a daily type customer but for manchester I will never return

Worst experience in the drive-thru this afternoon. We literally had to drive away because they couldn't figure out how to take our order. I suggest going nextdoor to Wendy's if you want competent service that is fast and accurate with hot/fresh food.

We literally drove off because the drive-thru team member taking the order was so incompetent. I have worked in fast food before and this was ridiculous. I sincerely hope their headsets are just broken and that's why they were unable to take our order. If not, they need to consider going next door to Wendy's and ask them for some pointers because we had a great experience there. At the Wendy's our order was taken promptly, they didn't have to clarify every word and the food came out fresh and fast. I highly recommend you go there if you want a good experience and skip this Burger King until they figure out how to take an order in the drive-thru.

Fast food ain’t it anymore and that’s sad. number one they have zero friendly people in there what so ever I use to work in fast food it’s your job to greet customers with a smile everyone there looked like they hated there job along with their life number 2 the person taking my order got it wrong I told the person at the window to read my order back to see if it was wrong I verbally told her what I wanted on my burger I got the burger and it was still wrong even after verbally telling someone this wouldn’t be a issue but there’s certain foods I cannot eat they will make me sick by the time I got to work I couldn’t turn around or do anything about it to better
