This place may be racist I was sitting in there drive-thru waiting on my order to be taken so no one came to the speaker after sitting there 10 minutes and no one said anything cuz I guess they hear my voice I drive off look in the window the girl standing in the window with her headset listening to my conversation I drove back around she took the white dude order but never came to the speaker from me very poor customer service

Service was terrible went thru the drive thru and the woman working forgot are drink are cheesecake and then after we got realized she forgot all of are condiments that we specifically asked for and are fries were old and nasty when we called they said was nothing they could do awful management would not recommend eating do not care about there customers or giving quality service

Food was fresh, but they had the most sad pieces of fish. They were very thin, and the tast and texture were off. Taste was chemical, and texture seemed almost like poultry. Just not a very good meal. But they were nice at the counter.

We went inside to eat and the lady that took our order was rude and not friendly at all. The lady that brought our food out to us was very friendly and helpful.
Went through drive through and got the $5.99 meal deal: fish, shrimp, and a side, and it's such a joke. You get a small piece of fish, 4 shrimp, and a side. I got macaroni and cheese and there was barley anything in there. Maybe 2 bites and that was it. You don't even get a drink with that when you can go to most places and get a $6 meal with a drink and reasonable portions. Ended up spending $10.50 the "$5.99" meal deal was actually $6.78 and drink was $2.79. Called up there and the girl just had an attitude.Can't say I'll be back there any time soon.They have changed so much.

I ordered 3 pieces of fish and a baked potato. The food was great and service was great. But taking 45 minutes to get that food with only one person waiting in the lobby and a couple in the driveway was a little extreme. I have always loved Captain D’s but without a doubt the longest I have ever waited. I hope you guys take this as constructive criticism and not a complaint

Just ordered a 3 PC. Battered fish meal and got two pieces. Paid for 3. This is the second time.in a row they did this. Charging people full price and not giving the full meal. Sad that as much as you pay you still get ripped off. Disappointed!

We recently relocated to the area. It's nice to have something else in the area, as there are at least 6 chicken places nearby. The food is always good. We usually place our order and go pick it up. Staff is friendly, restaurant is clean. My only issue is that most often than not, they forget the sauces. So it's always necessary to check your bag before leaving.

Came in today hoping to get the lobster rolls but they were no longer on the menu. The restaurant is clean and I was greeted right away. Elected to get the two piece catfish meal and a small coke. $16.11 with tax. The sides were good, the fish varied in thickness so parts were overcooked. My only gripe is that this meal combo should in the $9-10 range versus $16.
