We stopped by here a few weeks ago and had a pretty disappointing experience, warm tea with no ice and pretty average food. On 8/28/24 we visited during off peak hours and got the freshest, hottest Chick-fil-A I've had in years it was like eating CFA for the first time. Props to whoever was working mid-afternoon because it was so good! Manager should recognize that crew for being super friendly and superb quality. Accurate order too!
Food is average, soft drinks were messed up (no flavor, just carbonated water) and the staff members were nice enough. I just feel sad that our favorite stops across time have all gone downhill since covid. I'm a fan, so I'll be back, but it bothers me to over-pay for an order and then I find it to be very incorrect. Life happens, and I get it...people make mistakes, but my brand loyalty is waning...
Excellent customer service. The employees consistently treat customers very well. In my opinion, the corporate decisions regarding food safety are very bad for the customer, however. I would rather pay more for real food without dangerous chemicals and substances.
