Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

This is a newer version of Cracker Barrel. The service was excellent and the food was great. My only problem was with the new design inside. They need to change it back to the original set up. If you do go ask for “Emma” as your waitress, she is the best.

Love the feeling of feeling like you're at grandma's house while in the store part.

We have loved cracker barrel for many many years. It is one of our favorite of all restaurants. We regret that the restaurant is moving away from the foundation that it was established on. We would love to see the alcohol removed, the setting to remain as an old country store, and the logo to remain what it was. Everyone knows that the sales and success would rebound if the foundational things were re-established. We are all for upgrading and necessary changes, but not when you're attempting to change the core of one of the greatest restaurants in America.

TOOK OVER 2 HOURS TO GET COLD FOOD!

Very disappointed in our visit this morning. We got there at 9 and waited about 5 minutes to be sat. Once we got sat we immediately put in our drink and food order all at once. We thought our food would come out in plenty of time for us to be gone and where we needed to be. Our food didn’t come out until 10:10. We waited an hour for pancakes eggs and bacon. Tables around us getting their food and the table beside us who put in their food after us had their food at least 10 minutes before us. We asked our waitress if they could just go ahead and put it in Togo boxes because we had somewhere to be. We waited an hour for simple food order and nobody ever offered to discount it and our waitress was almost laughing giving us our ticket after we waited that long. Just disappointed how bad Cracker Barrel in Manchester has gone down hill.

I had the new seasonal Shepards Pie. I thought it to be the worst meal I have ever had at Cracker Barrel. Some might love it but is definitely not for me.

Went for dinner with family, like always food was great and service was better.
Sorry they decided to go Woke, unfortunately we wont be going back. Sad they decided to ruin an American tradition 😪

We ordered to go at 5:12pm we were traveling through and had a dog in our vehicle, so we had to order it to go. At 6:34pm we finally got our food. Kind of, mine was missing the carrots, the baked potato had no butter or sour cream. And my chicken was cold. They didn’t give us our drinks that we paid for and no silverware. I called and was put on hold 10 min. Then another 7 min then they said a manager would call me back. No call

Waitress needs to learn to stop by her tables. And see if you need anything. Her not not going so , ruined my meal.

Took 40 minutes to get our good. Portions were small and good was cold and rubbery, bacon was only partially cooked! Our waitress didn't come to check on our food being delivered until we were halfway done. We were waiting to send it back to be reheated, but that was futile. Barhrooms were not clean, out of soap at a sink. Stood in line for nearly 10 minutes to check out. Over all it was a very dismal experience.

There was a screaming child and the parents did nothing about it. That’s not you fault but it made our dinner horrible. My friends order was not correct and it took forever too get it.
