Waitress needs to learn to stop by her tables. And see if you need anything. Her not not going so , ruined my meal.

Took 40 minutes to get our good. Portions were small and good was cold and rubbery, bacon was only partially cooked! Our waitress didn't come to check on our food being delivered until we were halfway done. We were waiting to send it back to be reheated, but that was futile. Barhrooms were not clean, out of soap at a sink. Stood in line for nearly 10 minutes to check out. Over all it was a very dismal experience.

There was a screaming child and the parents did nothing about it. That’s not you fault but it made our dinner horrible. My friends order was not correct and it took forever too get it.

Ordered carry out for supper and was highly disappointed. I order two chicken and dumpling meals and each plate was lucky to have maybe four dumplings and two pieces of chicken on it. The rest was just soup. My son’s chicken tenders were so tough he couldn’t chew them. We wound up throwing the whole 60$ meal in the trash and just ordered pizza.

Ordered curbside, left all sauces out, food looked thrown together and lukewarm.

My order was curbside pick up, I verified the food but didn’t notice there were no biscuits or the cornbread muffin and no cutlery. This was the second time I have ordered curbside and I had problems.

My grits were full of congealed lumps. The manager offered a different side but I had my heart set on grits. She did not offer to take it off the bill. Do love Cracker Barrel especially when traveling. Have been going to store number one ever since it was the ONLY Cracker Barrel. Wish they were not redoing them to look like a Bob Evan's. They need to get rid of a lot of the dust collectors that they sell in their gift shop. They need to concentrate on good food that is WARM. And stop with all the questions on the screen when we are paying our bill.

I had take-out. They messed up my order. The beans had turnips all in it. The hash browns were mushy. Green beans we're OLD & chewy. Tried to call but no one would answer. I love Cracker barrel but honestly this was the worst food ever!!

Went this evening and was seated immediately. Waitress was pretty quick to come by table and say she would be right back to get order which she was. We place our order for drinks and food as soon as she came back. Approximately 20 minutes later she comes back to table and asked what we ordered as she just checked for order 332 and they did not have one. Said they lost the order so, we reordered and she apologized and said she would get it rushed. Twenty minutes later we finally received our order to the table, in the meantime two tables beside us sat down after we did and were actually finished and leaving when we were receiving our food. To top it off our order did not come out right as we were missing one side and it seemed to irritate the waitress when we reminded her of it. It did come out very quick after notifying her to be honest.
As we were checking out over an hour and half after arriving, we asked to speak to the manager and to our surprise he was not apologetic or appreciative for our patience or patronage. He was actually very cocky and basically rude. There was no apology just a matter of fact statement that the system went down and that is why you have seen me running around everywhere. Which we did not see him at all until we requested to see him. Anyway it seems to me if the system had crashed the appropriate thing to have done would be to explain that when it happened, and then we would be informed. It also seems odd that we witness at least two table beside us sit down after us and get their orders and exit before we even got our order (how could that happen if the system was down?). To me the explanation doesnt make sense and am disappointed there was no communication. Management could have handled this so much better in my opinion.
A simple "I'm sorry" would have went a long way!
Very disappointed in this experience.
The food was good.

Stopped and was sat immediately but not one person approached our table for over 20 minutes so we hopped across the road to give the local business I should of been giving my money to in the first place.
