I recommend Cracker Barrel Old Country Store for the food, service and friendliness of all the employees. We have a favorite server there named Meg. We have been lucky enough to get to know her over the years. All the servers are great. But, Meg makes us feel like family.

Visited with my adult kids. The owner/chef was fantastic . Lots of funny banter. Food was excellent!!

Our order was taken at 5:22, and we received our food at 6:02. There were very few people in the restaurant, but service was still slow. Biscuits were hard and crumbly. Portions were so small that it was laughable. Mashed potatoes, pinto beans and turnip greens are pretty inexpensive foods. A few more bites shouldn’t be a problem. We were given one free dessert to use on our next visit. That did not make up for the unsatisfactory dining experience. It will be a long time before we spend $32 for a meal that was not enjoyable. We did leave the server a $10 tip. The unpleasant experience was not his fault.

Food was hot & fresh. Server was polite & quick. Decor was white, very bright which we didn't care for.

Atmosphere is generic these days. Food is good and some of the classic menu items are back and delicious as ever. Gift shop always has a treasure and a fantastic sale corner. It is a great place to find a unique gift and have a meal. The restaurant does feel generic and sterile these days but at least the menu has improved again and the food is always good.

Tasty and consistent experience as always at Cracker Barrel. We split the breaded turkey tenderloin dinner and it was tasty. Tried the fried white cheddar cheese bites and they were tasty and not greasy.

Outrageous wait time and it wasn’t that crowded. Countless empty tables. Will NOT go back.

We had never been to Cracker Barrel for Thanksgiving so it was a new experience for us. We didn't know what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised at the great service and the awesome food! I highly recommend, it but I do suggest you go to the website and put your name in ahead of time so you don't have to wait too long. The full menu is not available but what they offer quite a few options, including non-turkey items. Items. We were able to take home leftovers and a vegetable plate and the price was very reasonable. We're thinking of making this a new tradition!

The shop area is great. Lots of cool items to look at and buy if you want. I was there mostly for the seasonal pecan pie. I love their pecan pie.

Since it was early morning we decided we'd stay and have breakfast. The size of the breakfasts are very adequate. Not to much. Not to little. They have the balance down fairly well.

One dish was the Sausage & Egg Hashbrown Casserole. Eggs ordered over-easy and they were. Hashbrowns cooked perfectly. Sausage... taste was off. Not as in sour or possibly bad, just didn't taste like sausage.

The second dish we had was the Old Timer's Breakfast. Again, the eggs ordered over-easy with hashbrowns and both cooked correctly. But the sausages. The taste was still off.

I then asked the server about the sausages and found out that Cracker Barrel or maybe just this one, does not servere pork sausage. They have turkey sausage. And yes. Yes there is a HUGE taste difference between pork sausage and turkey sausage.

The sausage put a massive downer on the breakfast. So we asked for the check. The server was awesome by the way!

I will continue to make the 45 minute drive to get the seasonal pies but there will be no more staying for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Traveling home from a family funeral & it was lunch time. A cracker barrel meal was the idea. Since it was Thursday we went with the special which was turkey & dressing. Great choice, great food, server was polite & mindful. The only issue, if you call it one, our seat was just inside the dinning room entrance, so we were by the incoming & outgoing foot traffic. Everything else was perfect.
