The food is really good I got 2 extra donuts but the people next to me were in here before me and they got their food like 20 minutes after me and then another group cam in and got their order in like 2-5 minutes then fast food restaurants are now focusing on the drive thru now!!!

The service is horrible. They focus on drive through and ignore customers. They mix up the drinks and don’t them listen to your order. Tables are always nasty! I usually bring my grandsons here as a treat once a week but no more. There needs to be a manager to lead this crew of kids running the Manchester, Tn location. Sorry Dunkin but you are losing this regular customer for good!

I will never go back to the Manchester Tn Dunkin’ again I’ve went and ordered the frozen chocolate drinks 2 weeks in a row and have been told every time sorry we are out of chocolate powder and they tell me every time we are getting a truck tomorrow and then they still don’t have it. I will take my business to Starbucks from now on.
