Who is looking for a good hamburger for my little puppy. Was heading to McDonald’s and saw the crystals was a burger joint so I thought maybe I would get a bigger cheap hamburger than the cheap one at McDonald’s. It was so small and paperthin even my dog wouldn’t eat it. And she isn’t particular when it usually when it comes to hamburger. I ordered a hotdog and didn’t realize it was just the the pup of a hotdog! Actually it was only about half of what a regular hotdog would’ve been. Very disappointed in my trip to Krystal’s. Have to go back to McDonald’s anyways so my dog will have something to eat today. I’m traveling and was giving crystals a chance thinking because they advertise those hamburgers that they would have hamburgers but that is not hamburger meat it looks like some kind of artificial dogfood pressed into a tiny little square burger.

Staff were so nice and friendly. It was our first time and while we did enjoy the food we won't back as the burger patties are just too thin for our liking.

Wow! I can't believe how I just got ripped off. One tiny little Krystal sunriser, a tiny bag of tots and a tiny little coke. $8! for one "sandwich". One tiny sandwich! A combo is one tiny, wet sandwich? Ugh... So here is my two hours later update. I've been queasy since not long after I ate this awfulness, and burping up the same. Every couple of years, I stop at a Krystal and then every couple of years I remember why I don't eat there anymore. I hope I don't get any sicker

We usually hit this one up on the way or coming back from Chattanooga. 24 hrs where others close early so that's a huge plus. The dude working nights hands out fresh food and drinks everytime. Always polite and nice. We have 0 issues driving past other Krystals to pull into this one.

this was my first time ever having Krystal and it was good! was just grateful to have a hot meal at 1am but it was all good to me! some sliders and chili dog & tots! the man working was very polite and nice.

This place is the worse place in doing businesses with their Krystal are never cooked fresh their like they cook them up and let them set there until they just about turn black and when you try calling them about your order they never answer their phone and if you do a review for them to get in touch with you they will never reply back the Krystal in Manchester Tennessee is no good I ordered 10 Krystal's Halloween night about 8: 07 10/31/24 and the Krystal burgers where so salty me and my kids could not eat them and they where like they had been cooked up and just been setting there they had already turned dark I have not yet to get in touch with them I even tryed contacting corporate office and it sends you right back to them this Krystal's is the worse I would advise anyone to check your order before you leave from this place here in MANCHESTER TENNESSEE 37355 if I could leave no stars I would do so this is how bad this place is.

Fast forward however long sausage is raw in the middle of the sunriser ..... if I could add a pic I would can't find how to hot sauce is so old it's brown not red n it tastes like the plastic it's in COME ON NOW KRYSTAL'S YALL CAN DO BETTER FOR THE PRICES YALL ARE CHARGING THIS IS INSANE NOT EVEN EDIBLE SMH I JUST PAID FOR RAW SAUSAGE AND OLD HOT SAUCE THANKS FOR WASTING THE MONEY I BUST MY HANDS APART TO EARN ...
$70 bucks for a family of 3 .. but all fast food is to expensive

Bob the night shift guy was awesome!! Great spirit,great customer service and had my food ready ;quick fast and right in time!! In my line of work as a hairstylist; customers are the most important thing to me.So Customer Service has always been my biggest pet peeve.I take pride in it and expect it from others dealing with the public.Mr. Bob rocked it and last but not least the other guys working with him were very kind,considerate and didn't play around with my order.i just didn't a chance to get there names But they were all awesome! Need more like them Much respect!! The food was perfect and I will be back as I just moved here❤️? Y'all rock!!! Need more like them.☝️☝️

We just happened to stop at this Krystal traveling from KY to GA and were pleasantly surprised at how clean it was and how it was decorated for fall. The employees were very friendly and professional and the bathrooms were clean. Of course, the food was great! Great place to stop!!
