When you order $85 worth of food you expect to receive what you ordered. Missing almost half of what I ordered and everything is wrong! Can’t even call for a refund they took the phone off the hook. What a joke!!

I waited inside for 10 minutes, nobody spoke. I got in my car and went to drive though. Waited 3 or 4 minutes before anyone spoke through speaker. My order was wrong! Got cheese instead of regular Krystal’s, chili pups were very soggy, staff looked angry. I said nicely that I hope you have a great afternoon. Atmosphere was sad and angry inside and at drive through.

Came over after attempting to eat at another restaurant in this town. I just want to say WOW! For a Krystal’s meal this location was on point! There was a little of a wait but that is just bc the food was being prepared fresh! The chili cheese tots were 10/10. They didn’t skimp on the cheese or the chili!
