They do not even deserve 1 start I have waited on the same pizza for 3 different transactions first one wasn’t made right then second they lost and the 3 rd 1 I have been waiting for 30 minutes this establishment is a joke and I will not be coming back to this place again don’t go to little Caesars in Manchester Tennessee you will be disappointed and hungry 😡

Food was great, But it would have taken 8 Minutes for cheesy bread, So I had to get pizza. I would come back again, But it’s not the best. I slightly recommend this, Just don’t come here when it’s busy.

When my husband ordered two pepperoni pizzas, he was informed that only a cheese and a pepperoni pizza were available. Although he was willing to accept these alternatives, the condition of the cheese pizza was not satisfactory. As someone with experience in the fast-food industry, I was surprised by the lack of quality control. The pepperoni pizza was acceptable, but the cheese pizza was inedible and discarded. This experience was a regrettable waste of money, and I'm extremely disappointed, especially given my positive experiences with your establishment in the past.

It's a little cesars nothong special. But if you're going during hot n ready hours, you're still gonna have to wait if you're getting 2 or more pizzas. It's quite obnoxious. This happens every single time. Tonight, we went for 1 pepperoni, one cheese, and one order of regular breadsticks (not even the cheesy kind), and we had to wait over 30 minutes. It's been this way for the last several years. We used to eat little ceasars like once a week, but now it's like once every 8 months. I'd rather have dominos, it tastes better, more topping options, and i never have to wait for my food. I order it on an app, show up, and its ready. Yes i can order Little Ceasars ahead, but that defeats the purpose of hot n ready.

Every time I go to this little Caesars it is always something new.
Ordered a Old World Fanceroni Pepperoni pizza through the app. This pizza is supposed to be loaded from one side to the other with pepperoni. (Over 100 pepperonis is what the app claims) When I got to the restaurant, I had to wait an hour for my order and when I finally got it, the pizza was cold and there were only a few pepperonis on it. Literally about 15.
This is the worst little Caesars there is. Every time I go there they do a terrible job

Every time I go to Little Caesars I'm reminded of why I hate going to Little Caesars. Has nothing to do with the mediocre low value Pizza. Which with this economy and the increase in price is no longer a value. I ordered online and waited 30 minutes and had to go inside after they told me to wait in a parking spot and never brought me a pizza that I ordered online so made it easier on them. Every time I have to go I have to wait on them and wait and wait and wait regardless of if I order online or order at the window hot and ready my ass.
