Ordered craxy puffs in the drive thru. One cheese one pepperoni. Was told 10min and they’d bring it out, but ended up waiting 25mins to have to go in && ask for the food. Then they were overcooked.

They don't cut the pizzas very good. I always have to recut them at home. Like they have never cut a pizza before or its their first day, but its every time. Always big bubbles too.

Last week I got pizza it was burned. This week I got supremenpizza paid 16 dollars and I got a 5 dollar hot and ready with hand full toppings thrown in center of pizza not even cooked on... furious

The food is okay, for some reason lately the hot and readys have been cold and ready. I think they've gotten used to pre making a bunch of pizzas, leaving it for a while for the next rush or the late night.Irregardless, all hail the Caesar kitty.

Bad service at the store, even worse follow up once notified of an issue. Definitely not concerned with customer satisfaction. Details below.Ordered online, ordered for a specific time, reviewed order tracking before picking up and it said that the order was in the oven and should be ready on time. Arrived and was told at the window that the order was just not being placed in the over but should be out in 10 minutes. 41 minutes later I got the pizzas, one of the pizzas definitely did not meet expectations. Took it anyway as I was late for my daughter’s birthday party as it was.Sent feedback online, store called, I missed the call, they left a message saying they would call back. Never called back. Submitted a complaint online to let them know that the follow up was bad, still no follow up.

2 days after I completed the original transaction for 1 pizza, I received a notification that the store updated the total and charged my card double for the original order from two days prior. I tried to call the store location 4 different times and I was sent to voicemail.
