A good location but entrance and exit is bit tricky. Too many homeless hang around there as it is right next to centennial park. The interior could be cleaner.

Short staffed one of the workers, worker fiend came in and brought him in a bottle of liquor. On top of that mens stall bathroom has hole in ceiling leaking water on the floor. The manager is trying her best but to manager a buch of kids. I told the manager about the bathroom and was very understanding of it.
No one there cares. It is painfully obvious that they are just there to clock in and clock out to get a paycheck. Management is non-attentive, team members are highly inappropriate and unprofessional while spending majority of their time on their mobile devices. There is no reason for any business to operate so poorly. It starts at the top and until they get management into that store that is willing to set standards and make sure that all staff members abide by those standards. The store will continue to fail, Especially when it comes to customer service.

mc griddle and a hash brown. Wasn't busy but took a while to get my order and when I did, it wasn't even hot. Waste of $10.
Absolutely filthy. EVERY SINGLE TABLE DIRTY and the staff could not comprehend when we asked for a towel to wipe a table. Only 1 of 4 order kiosks was open and staff acted like taking your order was a HUGE bother
