The one in Manchester on Hillsboro blvd has the worst customer service I have ever see in my life took me 30 minutes to get a quarter cheese burger and a Big Mac with fries absolutely ridiculous

Food was fine except happy meal burger was paper thin, overcooked, and not pleasant at all. The play area smells so bad that we needed to leave sooner than expected. Almost a mold smell or just not good. My daughter started to get a headache.
Parking: No drink station. Need to go to counter to get refills.

I ordered the $5 McDouble meal then proceeded to pay for my order. Once they had my money and pulled me to the next window I was asked to pull to the side to wait on the one meal I ordered. I told them I prefer they ask me that before they take my money next time but I proceeded instead of holding up their window time. After receiving my order I went to work across the street and discovered there was only one piece of meat on my sandwich. I called and told them it seems they always mess up my order and asked told how my burger only had one piece of meat. I came to get the remade order and came back to work and to my surprise AGAIN made with only one meat patty and now my fries are surely cold. I called and spoke with manager Damien about it and he told me I was lying and that he personally watched them make it with 2. I told him to check the cameras because I wasn’t lying. He stuck to his lie and hung up on me. When I called back he refused to answer. I had to call from a different phone for him to answer and give me his name. My order was 1/21/25 at 11:29am I don’t need an apology for being called a lier and being lied to but this manager needs more training starting at home with basic respect for others. I ask that McDonald’s have him pull up the camera and see who is lying. I shouldn’t have to come there twice to have my order wrong both times then called a lier and be lied to. I will forever after wait on my order and check my order at the window. I advise everyone else to do the same at this location.

The food was OK. I ordered a 20 piece chicken nugget and I had asked them to make it fresh out the grease, and I know my food. The chicken nuggets was kind of dry. It’s like they re-cooked the ones they already had in the tray under heat, and service was ok. They were so busy in the back when the second time I had ordered some food within the same visit (because the chicken nuggets was dry as hell and I could not eat them so I ordered a double cheeseburger) I waited upfront for about four minutes until someone took my order. The kids was with me had a double cheeseburger and it was hot and fresh and the cheese was melted. It was just my chicken nuggets was dry as hell.
Good for quick food as long as u don't go at lunch time....lol

Every time you get food from this place nobody can read instructions so you get the wrong food every single time.. and then they try to say I'm sorry and remake it and make it even worse so not the greatest McDonald's it's nothing but people who can't read and follow directions

Really gross. Facilities: Bathroom spelled very very odd. One stall had a weird liquid on floor with a lot of clumps of maybe maggots in it, sticky. Other stall had stains on toilet seat. I felt really uncomfortable. Food: Just ordered a Coke and smoothie. Smoothie was good, Coke was flat so gross/undrinkable. Drink station is NOT self serve
Service: Quick and servers were friendly.
Would not come back because facilities were gross and scares me for what happens to my order.
Parking: Good number of spots around building- shady area though

Raw burgers, the playplace was stinky, floors sticky and no tables were clean enough to eat at amd the soda tastes off. Each time we've gone through the drive thru there's been an issue with our order. Staff were friendly though.

The last two orders my family and I have gotten from here have accumulated opinions about steak bagels tasting like peppermint, molded bread, absolutely horrible hash browns. This place is pushing stale material. Avoid it at all costs!!!! I don’t want my money back. I want everyone to be safe!!! This crap is horrible. Go across the street
