O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

My husband and I came here last night with our very energetic toddler. The staff was so kind to us, specifically a sweet lady named Becca who had a full conversation with our toddler, who wanted to walk everywhere and talk to each person. The waiter was helpful and the food was fast and was so good.

my waitress was amazing BUT not baby friendly AT ALL , i brought my nieces to have dinner with me here and they were in a double stroller , i asked for a booth , the hostess was rude about it because of the stroller i had , once we got sat down and got our menus , the employees came over to our table and made us move bc the stroller was “in the way “ had it as close to the booth as possible so everyone would be comfortable, moved us to the way back of the restaurant in a corner TABLE after we specifically asked for a booth , all around not a good experience AT ALL do not recommend if you have more than one baby with you !

Our top shelf appetizer that we paid $15 for came with chicken nuggets rather than chicken tenders. And everything was very bland, just tasted like oil and definitely sat under a warmer too long. My thumb was longer than they were. My New Orleans pasta was so peppery it was almost inedible. Our server was okay, but not very personable, and didn’t seem like she knew quite what she was doing. All in all. $75 worth of food and none of it was “good”.

Mother's day dinner, & we specifically asked if they still had Prime Rib, we were told yes. After being seated & getting our drinks, we attempted to order the prime rib, only to be told then, that they had run out. If they had been honest with us, we would not have stayed even after a 25 minute wait. Doubtful if we will return.

I just went in and was ignored by all staff. I wasnt greeted at the door and waited for 5mins before I said screw it and left.

Not a big chain person, but our Manchester O'Charlie's is very well managed and has a great staff. The only disappointment was the baked potato soup, it was too thick and I guess cheesy, a little strange. Always a good salad and my husband enjoyed his ribs!

Great food! Super friendly staff. Was quiet when we got there which we enjoy. Got our food quick and we were all very satisfied!

Waiter, Bob, was entertaining. The fact that I was not allowed to bring my nonalcoholic drink in when you did NOT carry my choice was very upsetting and will definitely decrease my my return visits.

I enjoyed this restaurant very much. The food was delicious, service was fast and friendly, and the restaurant looked very good.
