My lunch with my favorite veteran Joe Volpi was amazing as Charlie's in Manchester truly went above and beyond. They exceeded all our expectations with their heartfelt tribute to veterans on Veterans Day. The POW table, national anthem by a singer from Nashville, and complimentary meal were deeply moving gestures, and the exceptional food and service from our friendly server, Bob, added a warm and personal touch, made even more meaningful given my Dad's name was Bob and he served our country in WWII. The general manager's personal visit to each table to ensure satisfaction and extend gratitude to veterans was the perfect finishing touch. We look forward to returning soon!

This place is a joke we're are still for almost 2 hours waiting for our card to get it back.the service is very slow.well not come back again

I can only comment on curbside takeout, as I stayed at a hotel across the street and was traveling with a small dog (therefore could not dine in). From the telephone call to the curbside pick up - it was top notch!! So quick and easy. Stress free! I believe Bailey answered the phone and brought the food out to my vehicle. She was SO pleasant and kind. She even went back into the restaurant to get a milk bone for my pup. The chicken tenders were the best I have ever had… And the steamed broccoli was perfect. There were even two yummy rolls in the takeout container. Nothing was forgotten. I would definitely go back to this restaurant… Dine in or curbside pick up. Try the chicken tenders, you won’t be disappointed!!!

First the service was very good, the server was on point. I had Ribeye with baked potato with a side salad and green beans. The steak was overcooked I ordered medium well which is hot pink center. Mine was well done and then some. It was dry and chewy. The salad was fresh and very good. The bread was warm and soft, very good. Green beans were good but the potato like the steak was overcooked and dry.

My grandpa is a veteran and we went and he had a service dog with him they were asking if we wanted a booth or a table we said Booth then they were giving us attitude saying the dog needs to stay under the table my papa told them that he was trained like a service dog to stay under the tables we sat down at the table and one of the workers kept coming back and forth to clean the tables and looking under the table to make sure the dog was still there then my aunt was getting her water and she asked twice for lemon they didn't give it to her until she asked again for the third time then we got our food and it was nukewarm then it made my aunt and my grandpa's sick from eating the catfish after we left we decided that we're never going back there

I had the grilled chicken sandwich. It was good. Grilled to perfection. I added cheese, lettuce and tomatoes. Definitely made a difference. The only thing I would recommend is putting a little seasoning on the grill chicken.

The hostess encouraged me to sit in the bar area but it was the most inattentive place to sit. The bartender (blonde lady with glasses, around 5'0" and 45-55 years of age) basically was too busy doing 'stuff' and chatting with a couple at the bar that she knew personally. She took my order and basically that was it. She asked if I wanted rolls then never brought any. She only checked on me once and that was because she had to pass by the table to take something to the back. It wasn't worth the tip.

Loved the fish and chips. Hubby had prime rib and it was fantastic. Wine was great and so was the draft beer
