I ordered a delivery pizza and got a person from India on the phone. She didn't change my address in the system and the driver took it to my old address. By the time I got the pizza it was cold. Delivery person was nice. It was not her fault. Until papa johns stops sending the calls to India I won't order again.

They over stippled the dough and deflated all the air in the dough. The crust was like cardboard. Way too much much sauce and inconsistent distribution of toppings. Very disappointing. Papa John’s has gone down in quality

Conner, the general manager has some trouble tonight as ppl had called out n even quit on him n he had 1 employee in the store tonight helping him (New). We waited for our pizza for about an hour but I will say, this man made it HAPPEN. He handled this so wonderful. Kudos to the employee who stuck by his side! Both of the pizzas we got were the best pizzas we’ve ever had. I will forever be thankful! Great job Conner and God loves you!

My family uses this Franchise probably 3-4 times a week. They are always on time and have smiles on their faces. I'm not very good with names but it is safe to say every driver that delivers to my home are ALWAYS very polite and courteous. I am a double amputee(legs) and it is a pleasure having the opportunity to do business with them. Even with all the options there are now with Doordash and all the others. I always look forward to that delicious Papa Johns Pizza! Thank you to the whole crew. Management please take care of these guys! AWESOME!😁

We got the Meat Lovers and the Italian Trio, and both pizzas were absolutely phenomenal—truly above par! The crust was perfectly crispy, the toppings were fresh and generous, and the flavors came together in such a delicious way. It’s clear that the team here puts a lot of care into their craft. Ordered a pizza over the phone for carryout. Everything went so smooth. I arrived to pick up my order and the cashier was SO nice and made sure I had everything I needed (like plenty of napkins) and that my order was correct. Great customer service.
Idk why this place takes so long to get the order done according to the website it was ready but yet i had to wait a extra 30mins for it to get to me thats not counting the 30mins before when i had placed my order get it together people fix the website so it doesnt show that the order is done and readyand picked up when it wasnt

We choose this location every time because of the exceptional customer service and the consistently delicious pizza. Blair, the manager, is one of the kindest and most dedicated people in Manchester. She has created an outstanding team that consistently delivers excellent service. It’s clear she’s instilled a strong sense of professionalism, kindness, and hard work in everyone. Whether I’m ordering carry-out or delivery, the experience is always fantastic. Ordering over the phone is just as easy and enjoyable—everyone is always so friendly, patient, and helpful. They take the time to make sure the order is exactly right, and the pizza always arrives hot and fresh, just as promised. The quality and consistency are unmatched. Every time I order, I know I’m going to get delicious pizza, made exactly how I like it, with the best customer service in town. I’d give this location 10 stars if I could! Called over an hour in advance, still wasn't ready. Alot of people in the lobby also waiting over an hour. There was no rush to serve anyone, didn't end up with the pizza I ordered after an hour and thirty later. Papa would be ashamed.
