Ordered a burger and asked to add pickles, mustard, and ketchup... they took literally everything else off and then only put pickles and mustard on. Then gave us small fries when we asked for mediums. Was ridiculous... spent almost $35 only to not receive what we asked for.

Stopped by this location around 1-2pm as it was right before I headed out to work. Ordered 2 popcorn chicken. Came out within 5 minutes or less, rather quickly. BOTH orders where like trying to chew rubber . Semi- warm means it's also semi-cold , if you follow the logic. I did decline a tip so maybe I got old cold food out of spite. Luckily, Manchester has many other options for a quick bite.
If Sonic could do 2 things, I'd ponder giving them a 2nd chance.... Pau their employees a decent wage so their not dependent on folks tipping them. It's hard enough with everything getting expensive here lately. Also , please serve hot fresh food. Most people would rather wait 10 minutes and get decent food as opposed to taking yesterday's leftovers. Good luck!

Came here for the oreo blast. Forgot the medium size is huge, so accidentally order it. Didnt end up finishing all of it tho. But yeah, the blast taste great. My order didnt messed up at all. The service is good. It was a busy lunch time, but my drive through order came out pretty fast.

I have ordered a grilled ham and cheese from this sonic for the last 30 years and now that's come to an end 🥺 They do not have ham anymore 😪
This place use to be point on but here in the last few months it's been a disaster. I have been there 3 times in the last 4 months and every time they have messed up the order. When i called today I got "appreciate ya" not even sorry or our bad or even hey we will fix it.

I have been ordering the same thing at sonic since i worked there at 16 years old. I came in ordered the same thing then get told im being charged extra for the same thing i have always ordered for breakfast spoke to a very ride manager told me was not her problem i was mistaken its always been a charge even though i ordered same think week b4 and was not charged. Then i come thru lunch time get cold nasty cheese sticks i requested ranch for my chicken didnt get in the bag then i call ask for the ranch right after got my food to get the third degree on what i ordered like what is going on??? I was carhop for years and took a "courtesy tray" around ask if ppl need sauce what is happening???? Work sonic in all states i have been too!!!!
