Don’t even bother tipping. They seem to not know what or how to make things on their menu, especially ice cream. Sick of going here and ordering a blast or a slush FLOAT and them not even adding flavor or any candy piece in the blast besides the top. Then they charge you for said flavors and candy but don’t add it. If I wanted ice cream with ice I would have ordered that. Get it together.

The food is typically good but we normally go more for ice cream shakes or slushie drinks. The Halloween master blast shake is really good. The girl that brought us our shakes was very polite and sweet.

Ordered and paid on the app. When my food got brought out, I was missing my sauces. When asked if I could get my sauce, I was told that I would have to pay for it. They did not fulfill my order correctly as it was placed , then wanted me to pay for something that was already ordered and paid for. The lady was very rude that I talked to. Will not be going back!

Ordered a burger and asked to add pickles, mustard, and ketchup... they took literally everything else off and then only put pickles and mustard on. Then gave us small fries when we asked for mediums. Was ridiculous... spent almost $35 only to not receive what we asked for.

Stopped by this location around 1-2pm as it was right before I headed out to work. Ordered 2 popcorn chicken. Came out within 5 minutes or less, rather quickly. BOTH orders where like trying to chew rubber . Semi- warm means it's also semi-cold , if you follow the logic. I did decline a tip so maybe I got old cold food out of spite. Luckily, Manchester has many other options for a quick bite.
If Sonic could do 2 things, I'd ponder giving them a 2nd chance.... Pau their employees a decent wage so their not dependent on folks tipping them. It's hard enough with everything getting expensive here lately. Also , please serve hot fresh food. Most people would rather wait 10 minutes and get decent food as opposed to taking yesterday's leftovers. Good luck!
