Went up to Speedway in Manchester because I'm out of money and I take all my business to Speedway and I have 5325 points go to get some chicken and come to find out that I can't redeem points for the cold dry chicken I had no knowledge that I couldn't even redeem points for that I figured that because you had points it was good for anything in the store but I guess not I was also told that I could take my points and redeem it for one of the cold old Burgers have been sitting there maybe since 10 or 11:00 so I don't know who's bright idea it was that you can't redeem your points for checking that's stupid so having said that I had to put the food back so I think I might be done with Speedway more than two years of me bringing my business to you I work for a car company so every single car that gets gassed up goes to Speedway and this is the things that I get wow

I’ve been in this place a number of times and besides the fountain drinks and slushes, I don’t see the draw. It’s not so much the goods though, it’s this lady that works seconds. She’s got to be the most miserable person in the world. And some how no one else is ever checking anyone out at the exact time I walk up. So, tonight my daughter meant to order the two for $10.99 pizzas. She forgets to order the second pizza. My daughter tells this person who says just order another pizza, so we order the 3 meat. There was nothing on the screen saying it has to be the exact same pizza and she this person didn’t say anything about it. Then my daughter gets to the checkout and she starts “explaining” not so politely why she didn’t get the discount. When I asked why she gave me this droll look that I’d have put one of my kids on restriction for, till they were 40.

I'm Not One To Leave Reviews For Things But I'm So Tired Of These Unprofessional Managers And Or General Managers Not Doing There Job Correctly. I'm Sorry But If I Applied For A Job(Had Interview) & You Talk Like I Got The Job And Then Tell Me If I Haven't Heard From You The Next Day By Noon To Call (Which I Did) And There Phone Kept Saying "Busy,Hold On" & Hung Up? & Then I Personally Texted The GM To Find Out (He Read It & Ignored Me) Never Heard Not Another Word From Him.

We went tonight on 3/31 to order a pizza. We placed the order and was waiting then realized it hadn't even been made to go in the oven. The guy working the register went outside to let the the girl know we made an order. She came walking in with an attitude and said the kitchen was closed and we had no attitude with and she said she could have us trespassed. She was finishing a dash ordrer as we were coming in. She went outside for a break and to hang out with her boyfriend. Very bad service will not be back.

Stop here for fuel up and never had an issue, haven't used restroom here. Check out service has always been smooth and fast. I have, on many occasions, had products advertised for a price with "speedy rewards" that did not ring up as advertised. Most of the time the attendants have modified to accommodate said promotions. The attendant that I encountered this evening not only did not honor the promotion but said he would not honor said promotion because that's not how it rang up and "that ain't happening". I told him he could check the large cutout posted on the shelf as he put away the product . I left it on his counter and left. $2 is $2.

so as im a customer at another store the young girl that worked there came in and was telling her manager at the Store manager named Mark sleeping with another employee . thats very unprofessional and crazy . yall may wanna look into this because a store manager and post the corp number so she can contact you !!! #disgusted #unprofessional

We just left this station.Not only did it smell poorly, there were no lids for any other drink size than the large. I had selected a medium… I asked three different employees for lids and received no assistance. I then selected a coffee cup since there wasn’t anything else. We get to the register and tell the woman about the lid situation and that the drink was soda. She said they’re on the right. Yes ma’am the empty space I saw. She then charged for a coffee which was triple the price without saying anything. I mentioned it again, and she just told me we charge for the cup not the drink.I left without drink or cup and won’t ever be back l.
