This was honestly the worst matcha latte I’ve ever had. It was barely mixed, every sip had clumps of dry matcha powder, and by the time I got to the bottom, it was even worse . I don’t usually complain, but this was really disappointing. If I’m paying extra for matcha, I expect it to be properly prepared.

I was on my way to Florida while having an awful day until I stopped at Manchester’s Starbucks. A young woman making drinks came to the window to give my my drink she made…I think her name is Kayla(she has the MOST beautiful eyes I have EVER seen), was so sweet and engaging with my rant of how terrible the drive has been. She actually made me laugh for the first time today. She was very polite and showed a lot of empathy. She left a note on my cup “Have a safe drive and keep your head up pretty girl”. Her smile was already contagious enough!! The whole experience had me smiling the rest of my way to Florida. I highly recommend!

I haven't been there since they took the cream and sugar away, but I tried it the other day and the coffee was good and the cream was back out where I could get to it, and it seems lately that they understand we don't want to hear about their politics I just want a cup of coffee.
just bad overall, these people. Just wanted an ice coffee, they go to make it, I go sorry, I meant to ask for light ice. They packed it with ice and no coffee. She goes and drains the coffee into another cup and then adds ice. Like didn’t just watch you make it. Straight up transparent doodoo water. Tossed it in the garbage. Can I make you another? offer refund? Nope just let me sit here with my free water and use your wifi. No reason to deserve a tip
