I have always thought that the service was good. I don't know if it's under new management or what. But I went to get a coffee and was having trouble with my gift card. The lady didn't want to help me; they asked me if I wanted hot or iced. As I got to the window, it was hot. I said I asked for iced. She said, "Oh, they said that you didn't clarify." I said yes, I said they actually asked me if I wanted hot or iced, and I said iced. Well, that's not what they said. Then she told me to pull up, I got a caramel macchiato She brought it out with no straw; I had to pull over and go inside to get a straw. I'm just complaining because I've always been here, and they've always gone out of their way for customers. So if it is under new management, maybe they need a new manager.
Love my morning coffee 😍 wouldn’t get it for anywhere else staff is always super nice and helpful when I go through the drive-through since I’m usually in a rush to get to work or on my break very nice whenever you get up to the window asking how your day’s been and getting you through the line quickly and efficiently to where you have everything and don’t have to go back like other Starbucks I’ve been to
Went through the drive thru once and had to go back only to get more food because it was delicious! Would recommend more than Dunkin if you're looking for a coffee and breakfast sandwich!

I paid for 1 venti and 1 tall drink, they gave me 2 tall. The drinks are very watery, and don't taste like they should. They are horrible and ready to be thrown away.
