I've been coming here literally since 1995 and have never had a complaint. The food and service are always fantastic.

Last week we got tacos with no lettuce and the amount of meat and cheese was smaller than my finger. It was seriously laughable how much food was missing. We literally ate shells.

But the big concern here is the dude that works nights at the drive thru and has for the past couple of months. He needs to go. He is the rudest, most monotone, miserable, unfriendly person I've ever experienced in food service anywhere ever. He won't even make eye contact with you. If he wasn't so rude at the speaker you would think he was heavily on the spectrum. That's how disconnected he chooses to act. Regardless, he shouldn't be anywhere near a customer facing role. This is coming from years of training in food service. I don't understand how someone like that even gets hired in the first place. If you don't want to be there that bad, there are so many more people out there that need a job that would be so greatful to be in that spot. Be greatful you have a job when literally no where is hiring right now.

This place is ridiculous! I have never gone through the drive thru and it taken less than 20 minutes. Today I went inside to order instead. It wasn't any better. I had to repeat my order of 3 burritos and 3 crunchy tacos to the woman at the register several times because apparently it was too hard to remember such a large order. The people making the food repeatedly stopped making the food mid process to carry conversation while the line of customers at the register was backed up to the door.

Why would you be open at 8 am and not serve breakfast anymore??? You used to have a line for breakfast and now you just sit open for no reason. Other locations still do breakfast I guess this ones owners decided to quit. The breakfast crunch wrap was the best.
