I dunno why this waffle house is so much better than others, but we love going here. You won't catch us going to the one on 114, never had a good experience there. But the 110 WH is amazing. Staff is great, food is fast and tasty.
My only complaint is the, I think she's new, manager. I've seen her push the cook out of the way during a rush, slowing everything down. She's loud and rude to the servers. The stress on the staffs' faces is clear when she starts micromanaging.
We've been going here for years and staff has never needed to be treated that way. I hope she learns to trust her people.

There are several waffle houses near us, but hands down, this is my favorite location. The staff are friendly and hard working. The cooks never fail to turn out delicious food. Wonderful spot to refuel for a hard day ahead of wind down from one.

The food was good but the service on th other hand was terrible her name is Sharon and she was being racist and rude throwing things at us giving us an attitude we would see that she would attend the people sitting next to us with a better attitude and in my opinion if you want to work as a waiter you need to have a good attitude displayed

Val was awesome! She was very polite and professional. She checked on my family and I frequently to ask if we had everything we wanted. Now for what set me off. It was not busy, only a few other customers, and while Val a sweet elderly lady was standing waiting to put our order in with the heavy set cook he for no reason snapped at her to go do something else. Then when he decided that she could place our order he served my wife cold grits and gravy. I could tell by the way the wait staff was walking on eggshells around this guy that he has created a toxic environment to work in. I will be calling the corporate number about this because nobody deserves to work in this kind of environment.
