They have not had AC in this store for idek how long but it's been a while!! They finally fixed in the restaurant part but the employees still have none! Thru all of this they STILL always are friendly and smiling. Food is always hot and never missing any items!

Pulled up to the drive thru and was greeted with a rude and loud “go ahead.” Waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes without anyone even telling me what we were waiting on. The chocolate frosty cold brew was SOUR and the frosty in it was not mixed at all.

Walked in guy with a tackle boxed up face doing nothing looked at us continued doing nothing. Girl with same hooked up face walked by ordering station looked at us kept walking. She really has the unhappy meal down. Only girl working at drive through with ponytail said she would help us. But, was busy with the line of cars at drive through. As we left another worker was walking in. We had 6 people would have spent a lot. Burger King next door just as bad!

i don’t usually take time to leave negative reviews but my experience at this wendy’s couldn’t go undocumented. our cashier, Madison (her name according to our receipt), was late to her shift as she kept repeating. She took the orders of those in line ahead of us with no problem. When it was our turn to order she saw it fit to ignore us and complete other miscellaneous tasks including complaining about having to work to other customers. One of them so kindly told her she could take our order instead and she looks at us and responds “they were gonna have to wait anyway”. mind you, we are at the counter waiting patiently for her. the comment was extremely unprofessional, off putting, and unnecessary to say the least.

in other news, God bless the young man who made our fries! they were delicious!

They’ve always been a little more for a burger than other fast food joints, for a better burger I didn’t mind. But $7.50 for a Dave’s single is just ridiculous. You can get the most expensive stacked burger anyone else has for that price.

This Wendy's location has gone down hill. The employees are never out front ready to greet customers and take orders. This trip there were four people working. I was the inly customer at this point, and there were no drive through customers. Every single one of them came out from the back and said someone will be right with you. Fifteen minutes later someone finally took my order. When I tookcmy cup to the soda machine, the soda machine was out of Coke, so I waited another fifteen minutes for someone to get me Coke from the machine behind the counter. This time I encountered two of the four employees before they helped me with my drink. Another fifteen minutes after that my food arrived. When I asked for hot sauce you would have thought I asked the person to jump off a bridge. They begrudgingly handed me two hot sauces. I turned around to get ketchup from the condiment counter. The ketchup was obviously very old and needed to be changed. When I turned around to see if I could get help with ketchup, all the employees were in the back again and unavailable. So I just gave up on that one. I walked to a table and sat down to eat only to find that my order was wrong. At this point I was done trying to speak with anyone. The owner of this location can just read this review, if they get notifications of new reviews. I won't be back and I will tell people not to waist their hard earned money at this location.
