Ordered the Buffalo ZaxSeas Surf and Turf Meal, but there was neither Buffalo garlic blaze sauce or any other listed sauces as indicated on the receipt. Needless to say, the meal was less than expected. It is unfortunate that there was no QA process or visual indicators to alert staff to know that certain items from an order were still missing. A business like this could benefit from processes such as these.
Also attempted to provide feedback through the feedback zaxbys listens website which seems to provide little to no response about anything that will be done or provide a feedback loop so I suspect there is nothing that will be done.

Not only was Loretta rude as hell she intentionally did not give me what I ordered and then took my tray from me while I was eating.
The food i got was ok, but my daughter got a chicken salad, and most of the cucumbers were bad. Tomatoes didn't look all that good either.

I guess they ran out of ingredients on Sunday night, paid for a full 3 tacos but all of they are half made. It looks like a sad meal
