Guy at endow was rude..messed up my drink..I asked him to fix it..I ordered a hamachi shake, it was Snow White, he said “ well it was set to the Jamocha setting..went back in and I’m pretty sure said “this Karen complained o bout her shake” came back out several minutes later with a shake that looked like chocolate sauce at the bottom again with vanilla on top.. Boty will be going in the trash..and sad that employees think being rude for zero reason is okay.

It was your typical fast food experience. Have to check your bag cause it seems like everywhere you go they mess it up and off course they did mess up order but iam almost use to it and idt we should be just use to it.

Ordered a burger meal and got a box of roast beef Through the drive-through was almost home till I checked my food I had to bring it back. Will definitely not eat here anymore.

Worst food ever, cardboard bun, top bun glued to burger with cheese, sweet pickles on a burger, over cooked crinkle fries, I asked for a normal bun she said the only other bun they had was an onion bun, i tasted my husbands, it did not taste like onion, it was a normal sesame seed bun

This store is constantly out of roast beef. They blame it on Covid sickness and here we are December 10, 2024 1:03 PM spoke with assistant manager who didn’t know whether or not they were a corporate or a franchise said that due to Covid sickness they are shorthanded. And if a customer questions Why they don’t have food “yes they will get irate with their customers as they don’t feel they should be questioned about anything“ told the general managers information is not available that I could try back another time to speak with their general manager that she really doesn’t care what I have to say assistant manager who refused to give her name hung up on me. Called the corporate office who also doesn’t seem to care, but also had a very hard time trying to find this stores location as they have no record of it in their system avoid eating at this restaurant. There’s a reason that it looks like a ghost town when you drive by has no customers and staff is extremely rude and they never have food for their customers. I would be leery of eating at this restaurant. It seems as if they have no management and could care less about their customers.

I tried to order through the drive through and the sprinkler system was set to soak whoever had their windows down at the drive through and the employees were inside laughing and told me that there was nothing they could do about it, ruined some important papers that I had and soaked me and the inside of my car, this is the Arby’s in Martin Tennessee

For some reason I grew up thinking Arby’s was the worst fast food around without actually trying it. I started going to this Arby’s pretty often because of their app coupons. Their prices are decent but I only go when I have a coupon. The food is good, and I enjoy the menu they offer. I’ve only once ever maybe had some old fries like once. 9/10 times the food is what I expect it to be and it always comes out fast. 100% of the time no matter the day of the week every single staff member is incredibly sweet and considerate. Many fast food places are starting to fill with stuck up rude managers which I’m assuming is because of working conditions. This Arby’s has never made me feel like I’m not a valued customer!! Best fast food place around for its value and I only feel so because of their warm and friendly atmosphere. The building is also pretty clean. I definitely recommend using the app, and I recommend this Arby’s in particular.

I ordered the Turkey Bacon Ranch. I was looking at a picture of a sandwich. Why did you give me a wrap (without asking if that's what I wanted)? I found it to be very chewy & tough, as well as too salty. When confirming the order, you need to train your employees to say 'wrap' or 'sandwich' for clarification.
