I have never experienced a problem ordering from the Martin Dominos. That is because I actually drive to the store, walk in and place my order and then sit in my car and wait for it to be finished. I don't use apps or set at home waiting for someone to bring me my food. Get off of your phone and go do it yourself.

Sent order in app said would be ready at 1:09. I arrived 1:15 to be told haven’t even started your order there are 3 deliveries ahead or yours. Will be at least 30 min. So I said ok, after calling family they were like just cancel and come on. (Was picking it up coming through town. I call back at 1:19, 4 minutes later. Guy huffs in phone said well I just made order to cook it. I’m like well I’m sorry that’s 45 min after picked up time and you just told me you had not started it.

Late! Every time I order delivery they come out late! I ordered for a lunch 12:30 to my work place stood outside for 10 minutes called the store 5 times with no answer went back in and went back to work to get a text at 1:06 that they were outside the building. I will not be fooled again it was the last chance.

I placed an order on the app. It was being prepped for around 1 and a half before it finally went in the oven. However The delivery driver Cecil was very sweet. He is always very kind and friendly as he has delivered to me before.
Definitely need better service and employees. They don’t answer the phone for a minute and a half of ringing just to hang up. Then I try to call back and let it ring for 2 minutes with no answer. Beyond suck!!
