The building and parking lot was clean. The pizza was made to order, piping hot, and delicious. No napkins were given with our order, but otherwise, no complaints

When I ordered pizza from Little Caesars the crust was dry and rough and they didn't put enough cheese on my pizza. I was very unsatisfied and then they are supposed to give you a free pizza when something's wrong with yours or a discount one but they never did any of those things and I'm very displeased cuz usually they are very good when I order from them and last night it was just terrible. Probably not going back

Called in an order at 6:14 noticed around 6:30 the pizza tracker app showed they hadn’t started making it yet. So I drove up and walked in and the lady I suppose manager says we have 80 pizzas ahead of you . It’s gonna be another hour . No one told me when I ordered. Lack of communication that could’ve been prevented. Manager was rude of course it was my fault no accountability.

I called the place to order. The little girl took my order, asked me my name, and gave me my total. I hung up after letting her know that I had frozen food and I would be back. I get back they haven't even placed my order and the little girl has an attitude about it.

So we come here often for one of our children that prefer little Ceasars. His dad goes in pays for the food and is told give them 5 minutes. He goes back in and is told he didn't order anything or pay for anything. They treat him like he was trying to get a free pizza. He said can't you look at your computer and see that I paid. She found it. No apologies for acting like he was trying to get a free pizza. He goes back out and waits for the pizza to be cooked goes in gets pizza again no apologies for the inconvenience either. Wish my kid wasn't obsessed with their nasty pizza. Domino's is better and comparable in price.

Every time I’ve made the decision, to take a chance on stopping in at this location to make an order. I’m met with rudeness and unhelpful attitudes, I do feel this is contributed from being busy! Also unsatisfactory training on the job, that these employees are currently performing. Hard to believe that asking for a suggestion on a pizza, that doesn’t contain any pork. Their first response being, so you want a cheese pizza!! Like no, this is not what I want!! I want to know what meats would be available to me, since my religious beliefs are not to eat pork, and maybe suggest some veggies….or put up a sign, for customers to know what options are available to them?

I went in to order and the girl told me the only thing I could buy was a $5 hot and ready. She said if I wanted to make an actual order that I would have to do it online. That’s ridiculous! Why can’t I order in store? Won’t be back.
