Amazing food. Fast and excellent customer service. The atmosphere is so lively. I went here for my Valentine's Day date and both me and my boyfriend walked away with full stomachs, an amazing time, and at a price that was so worth it.
My boyfriend had the Nachos Mejor and I had the Fajitas Texanas. Both, amazing. And for dessert we had the Raspberry Cheesecake Chimichanga, so good, so filling. I will be coming here again!

The worst meal we have ever been served in a restaurant. Looked like dog food sitting in a puddle of milky white liquid. It was supposed to be nachos with chicken, it clearly was not. Staff was not friendly at all, best thing I can say was that it looked clean. Save your money I wish I had.

Food was hot and fast. Beer was cold. Salsa needs some spice. Chips were warm. Waiter was satisfactory. Overall good visit.
6/10/25. First time to Los Portales, so Mexican food is on of my favorites. I would put Los Portales up with one of the best Mexican restaurants for the flavor of their food. The restroom was not of the wall with decor. The service was very good and the food was excellent. I would recommend Los Portales.
