Full time explorer RV living (Living on the road!)
I ordered a no 9 steak egg bagel (round egg, no cheese, extra onion) and ice coffee no sugar. The steak was extremely over seasoned and excessive breakfast sauce. The sandwich did not include extra onions no round egg and sugar in my coffee. As a diabetic, I was unable to drink the coffee or eat the meal I paid for and ordered that did not meet my request and what I paid for. As you can see from the picture the bagel is soaked after wiping it off with six napkins, which is also pictured soaked in this fake butter sauce extremely disappointed and here lies $9.98 worth of garbage!

McKenzie....store has gone down quickly. Food is fair at best. Don't even consider dinner. Service in the store is almost non existent. Staff and managers would rather go out and smoke than help customers. Have actually heard a manager inform the crew not to take orders at the counter. Oh yeah....and on more than one occasion the management uses some colorful language. As the management goes.. So goes the staff. I understand that recently one of the managers attended Hamburger University. Having been there myself, the owner wasted his money.. It's about customer service, teamwork and quality. Non of which is currently being performed.

We are moving into our new house and after unpacking boxes all day who wants to cook so of course me and my family of 5 order for pick up. When I got to the only happy meal I ordered I guess they did not like how my child wanted it (see exhibit A in pictures). On the contrary to how this worker thought it would upset my child it did not, just me. She loves onions. How are you going to be mad you have a job to do that you get paid for I might add? The managers are present during the day and it is evident in the service and quality of food at night.

Were closed when said 24 hrs then workers walked outside starring at us rudely and got in their cars to leave after ignoring us at the drive through at 12:40 at night
Mcdouble bread and burger were burned. Tea had almost no ice. Did drive through.

Most unfriendly atmosphere i have ever been in. Even the managers are snobby and rude The service is very slow and down right hateful. The food is prepared in such haste that it not fit to eat Might as well have robots doing this job i think it would be more fitting to eat

The employees at the drive thru could be a bit more friendly.
Vegetarian options: The ice cream machine is almost ALWAYS "OUT OF ORDER", or in their words or term used , " I'M SORRY BUT OR ICE CREAM MACHINE IS DOWN AS THIS TIME. But it's not only at this location, but every other location as well.
Kid-friendliness: Mcdonalds as a whole has always been pretty kid friendly in my opinion. The Happy Meal was probably like the 1st kid friendly option on menus, so I say McDonald's is the most kid friendliest!!!!
