First time eating here! Me and hubby got the Three Way Sampler: 3 meats, 3 sauces, 2 sides w/ toast. We chose brisket, bbq, ribs, potato salad and baked beans.
I personally LOVED the bbq and it’s hard to impress me with bbq. Other meats were good, ribs could be a little more tender but were good. Would order again (:
Only thing I raised an eyebrow at was the 83 health score.

BBQ was great, as expected from Joe. All the sides were great. A definite place for good Q
My wife and I decided to eat lunch here yesterday. We shared the fried pickle appetizer which was pickle spears on our previous visit and chips this time. The spears were amazing. The chips no so much.
For lunch she ordered the brisket plate with slaw and sweet corn. Sadly the slaw was the best part. Brisket was dry, no fat, and only had the taste of black pepper. The sweet corn came from a can with no taste and we could tell it was heated in a microwave.
I had the full rack of ribs. Cold, chewy and were not fresh. No quite sure what sauce was on them but it had a strange taste. The ribs ripped off the bone easily so I imagine they would have been juicy when fresh.
On our previous visit we had the barbq nachos which were amazing which was why we returned with hopes of the same amazement.
The price on this visit was $69.00 which we would gladly pay had our food been fresh. After we paid we walked out unsure if we will return.
The staff was friendly, but over whelmed when several people came in for Togo orders. I hope as time goes on this place can work out the kinks. We need more local restaurants in Martin.
We had the BBQ nachos today. They were fantastic!
Great food and even better staff. The brisket sandwich was one of the best I’ve ever had. I would recommend to anyone.
No good had to go somewhere else after
Called ahead and they had everything ready. Great pulled pork. Will definitely be back

Y’all!! If you are looking for some good food, Ruth’s Q is the best! The ribs are so tender and full of flavor. Was a great addition to our 4th of July weekend. If you haven’t tried them… you are missing out!
Super nice, customer service was a A+. Also if I recommend something please try her brisket.

Great little bbq trailer ran by kind-hearted, hardworking folks. Fork-tender brisket, pulled pork, and pork ribs. I plan on making my way through the menu soon.Having worked several years in the business, I tend to be overcritical of bbq, and restaurants overall. That being said, I was quickly impressed by the cleanliness of their work area. Cooking 'q can be a greasy mess, but these folks have got it down to a science. I was fortunate enough to have a quick candid conversation with the couple that run the trailer and I found them to be sincere and driven by desire to ensure that their patrons enjoy a great bbq experience at a fair price.
Parking: Plenty of parking, ice machine in lot, also 4 picnic tables under a pavilion.

Got 2 BBQ sandwich combos for $9 each and 2 drinks for $1.25 per drink sales tax included in the price and was over charged. Should have been charged $20.50 and was charged $21.75. Food was not to great.
