It's hit or miss with this place. When they are good, they are great. Don't expect extra anything ( meat, veggies, sauce, etc.) even if you pay extra. If you order online, you HAVE to get the full-size sandwich. So, if you're not that hungry, go somewhere else or go in person.

Popped in with part of a volleyball team and coaches and we were greeted, and the staff, except for the young man, seemed happy to have us there. Our order taker was super sweet and made sure she had the orders just right. The food came out quickly and everything was delicious!

Somewhat of a chaotic environment--even at 3pm on a Saturday. Then, the loud 1990's pop music started playing. ("All I Wanna do is have some fun"). More training for those answering the phone might be a good idea--along with improving ventilation.

This place is awful. And always has been awful. They screw up my orders almost every single time. I don’t even know why I bother going back anymore. It’s like they do it on purpose just because I walk in there. Also the prices they charge for the portion of food you get is outrageous. Save yourself some time and money and just make a sandwich at home. I promise you it will be better than the monstrosity of a “sandwhich” that Sammie’s makes. I have traveled all over the country reviewing and trying out local spots and I can confirm that Sammie’s is no where soon to be “world famous” what a joke of a place.
