Another business forcing you to use a digital kiosk or whatever they want to call them to make your order. I'll go anywhere else. Also was the only vehicle in line at the drive-thru and told that I couldn't add something to my order or order another small item like a cup of cheese without driving all the way around the building again into traffic and back into the parking lot. Stupid. Asked for a manager and got it taken care of but I'll never be back.

Tonight was the worst I’ve seen Taco bell, I normally don’t write reviews but Taco Bell in Martin definitely need to step up their game. I spent $30 on a mobile order and went to pick it up, they weren’t badly packed i had 4 cars in front of me but yet it took 10min for EACH car to get through the drive through, there was a cop in front of me and once he got to the window he got his order within 2min and I pulled up and again it took about 10min for me to get my order…and it was a mobile order, I even waited 10 minutes before going to pick it up. There was a man just standing around in the back and someone sitting in a chair at the window..once I got my order it was cold, I went home, and everything i ordered was not modified the way I had it, waste of money, the Spicy Potato Soft Tacos were so sad, potatoes were cold and stale. and maybe 5 potatoes on each.. everything else I got look liked it should’ve been off the value menu…they were terrible. Waste of my time and money! DO BETTER!

I remembered why i stopped coming here. Employees are incompetent. Even if you order a single bean burrito, it's going to take 20+ minutes and be made incorrectly. The only way to get the right food is to go through your order and then tell them what they messed up.

Ordered on the mobile app said it would take 20 mins to be ready then got there and waited an additional 15 to even give my code then 10 more in line for a grand total of 45 mins at a “fast food” restaurant

Y’all seriously need to do better! If you can’t even get the order right, at least have the front door unlocked that’s closest to the drive-through so customers can come in there and get their order fixed instead of having to walk all the way around! Y’all better be glad there’s not a Taco John’s around here or y’all would seriously lose a lot of business!!

The people are sitting down at the window when we were sitting in the line waiting to be waited on. They are just so lazy and rude to me. I will not go back at this time (1249am). When I got my food I said thank you and the man didn't even say anything to me!
