Missing stuff from order as well as food was not presented as it’s supposed to be. Hint to everyone don’t get the Catina chicken tacos because they are always broken and never have the cheese outside like they are advertised. Taste like burnt wood.

Customer service at its worst!!!
My PREGNANT wife placed an online order from her phone and I went to go pick it up for her. I go through the drive thru and they read off the wrong order to me, and I correct them. They go into the back and bring a different bag, this time reading the correct order. I should’ve checked as this was the WRONG order!
Since my wife is PREGNANT, she can only eat certain things and she could not eat what they gave us. We tried calling them on the phone 3 times but it would not go through. I drove her back up there (about a 25 minute drive) to have them make it right.
We even brought the wrong order back.
At first they accused us of lying, asking us to verify the order number multiple times and even taking her phone at one point to cross reference it with their system. Paying customers should not be made to feel like petty criminals, but apparently Taco Bell’s policy regarding that is different than most fast food restaurants.
Finally, they begrudgingly went in the back to remake her order, having us wait another 15 minutes while my PREGNANT wife and our unborn child starve. They didn’t care, in fact all of the staff were so smug and confessing the entire time. They refused to reimburse us for their mistake & or wasted time, nor did they even offer a coupon to show their good faith. Nothing. They charged her for the food, and just threw the wrong order in the TRASH right in front of us. Perfectly edible food, all the while, people are starving to death all over the world.
To everyone reading this, ask yourselves, if this is how Taco Bell treats a PREGNANT woman, how do you think they’ll treat you? And to Taco Bell, I implore you, make us whole. Some sort of coupon or discount or even a small donation to a charity of my choice. I expect management to leave me their preferred mode of contact in their reply to this review. This is your chance to make this right. You have one week.

I’ve never had an issue ordering here. I get off of work late and sometimes stop here on my way home. I pulled up at 3:25 am to order food on Friday when it’s posted on the drive thru they don’t close till 6 am, nobody answered, so I pulled up to the window and there was a door dash order sitting on the counter and people in the back. I drove through bc maybe my car didn’t hit the sensor so they didn’t know I was there . Then nothing still when I pulled back through. So I placed an online order and 3 cars went through and they left right away they didn’t get helped either. My order went through and said it was received so I pulled back through the Mobile lane and once again nobody answered so I pulled up to the window and there was a young guy cleaning and kept looking at me. But nobody had a headset on and they wouldn’t even come to the window. I was there till almost 4 bc I spent 20+ dollars on my food for me and my husband. I’ve come that late on a Friday before and I’ve never had an issue. I have no idea what happened tonight but it’s definitely not anything I’ve experienced here before.

Tonight was pretty close to perfection April-15-25 8:45pm. Other than forgetting to put the purple chips on a couple burritos. The food was prepared assembled and fresh as possible. Oh I also VERY MUCH appreciate marking all the burritos with a marker. Can stand it when nothing is marked and everything has to be opened and picked at. Just to figure out whose food is who’s.
