It’s a cool local spot. Lotsa options in the menu besides the burger. Also the milkshakes are massive but we were to full to try one. Overall if my kid chooses to go to school up the road I’d say this will be a frequent stop.

This was the highlight of our trip. The food and milkshakes were amazing! The service was by far the best service I have ever had in a restaurant. It was amazing.

Amazing food! We were stuffed after our unique burger creations and the milkshake we shared as a family of three. This is a must!

My 20 year old son raved about this place so we drove from Princeton Kentucky 3 hour round trip in the opposite direction on our way to Upstate NY. Got there at 11:30am. Seated right away, but it was already crowded. Wait staff was great. Ordered the Farmer's daughter, a burger between a donut for my son. I had the Star Spangled burger with Mac and cheese. We had the Pizza rolls for an appetizer. They were homemade and tasty. The wait was reasonable and the waitress was great. However, the burger was not very good the fries were lukewarm and kind thrown ever which way on the plate. ( Wendy's can serve hot crispy fries, they should too) the Mac n cheese ball was ok, but the sauce on the burger was fondue type, not real cheddar. The Brioche bun was soft & ok. I had the Chocolate Freak shake. A small fudge sickle with a stale piece of cake on top of a stale round yellow cake donut coved in chocolate all covered in a huge amount of chocolate whipped cream. Maybe 10 ozs of actual shake. Somewhat disappointing for $12.00. The bill came to $91.00 after an 18% tip. By the time we got back to Princeton, I had driven 5 hours out of my way for the experience, I should have sent the fries back and skipped the shake. My son was happy. What we do out of love for our kids! At least we made a memory with pictures.

Great experience but not well equipped for more than one large party which isn’t really their fault since it’s a smaller location. Lobster Mac and cheese and Oreo milkshake were an experience. Great service.

Amazing food amazing place wonderful atmosphere! We loved everything about it! Of course we had to get a burger and shake so it was expensive but worth it. Kids had a blast

When traveling we avoid the chain restaurants and go to the local places. While visiting UT Martin we stopped in here. This is the place to go! The food is great but the service is awesome and friendly. Mason was our server and he did such a great job recommending food and just visiting with us. We were on a college visit and he shared some great information about the school and took an interest in where we were from. All of our food was great. We had burgers and one of the mac and cheese dishes. We topped it off with a strawberry shortshake, yep, shortshake. These shakes are a mountain of goodness, so save room for dessert. We will definately be going back when in the area.

We had a good experience at this restaurant. The food was good. The shakes were amazing. Our only negative was the booth beside us were young men that were drinking. They were extremely loud, and our waitress seemed much more interested in them. The service was adequate, but the waitress definitely lost some tip. I would definitely go back, but would hope that we had quieter "neighbors". Maybe they need an "old people" section!! :)

The atmosphere was electric when we walked into the place. The wife and I were seated by the very lively waitress, Jordan. In a relatively short time, she returned and took our order, and engaged in witty banter. The food tas served hot, and in a timely manner. The waitress checked on us several times without hovering. Other members of the staff with which we encountered were all personable and professional. We will be going back knowing that we will enjoy the food the atmosphere and the People.

Can only vouch for the burgers and shakes, thumbs up. All was good but the prices are on the high side . The shakes come loaded up so it is easy to share. It’s a fun place with a unique atmosphere and interesting names for the food. The staff was friendly, helpful and entertaining.

This place has been disappointing the last three times we’ve eaten here. It seems they spend more time trying to be cute and personable than getting our order right and having the food taste good. They have mixed up our orders (wrong toppings, cold fries, pork chops, forgetting the mac & cheese, etc.) and by the time things slowly get corrected, the rest of our food is cold and uneatable. Twice we have politely spoken to managers about it and they offered nothing except a kind of disbelieving arrogance or just lip service without any real recompense.

5 of us went for lunch on a Monday, 2 were kids. Arrived 1105a got out 1235p. Food was very good, but our server left us after taking order and was stuck in the back making milkshakes! We never saw him again. Had to ask for bill twice. Spent 80.00 on lunch. Will not be back.

Here’s what you need to know: - Food is tasteless - Wait times at the table are ridiculously long - It’s dirty, crumbs and flies every where - You may or may not get what you ordered My family stopped here passing through Martin and were seated immediately. Between the four of us we shared the Farmer’s Daughter, a Philly Cheesesteak, Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese, and two very disappointing milkshakes. The two sandwiches were flavorless and the Mac and Cheese was so spicy most of the family didn’t want it. The milkshakes didn’t deliver. One was so frozen it couldn’t be drank and the other was melting and falling apart once it reached the table. Our waitress, Kelsey, was very sweet but obviously new, overwhelmed, and undertrained. She would disappear for long stretches of time to ask simple questions (for example, to ask the bar what was on draft), and completely forgot our multiple requests for a booster seat. This place could be a great addition to a small college town but they don’t currently live up to their former reputation. Some other reviews mention waiting 2.5 hours to be seated. I cannot imagine waiting that long to dine at a restaurant that offers such a poor experience.
