These guys are awesome. I cannot believe how good their pies are. Stuffed cheesy bread is freaking amazing. This is a must if you live in maynardvilleUpdate. Used to be great. Never open when the website says they will be. When you call no one ever picks up the phone. Delivery drivers never available which isn't a huge deal but still would be nice. Not sure what changed but has definitely went downhill.
Good food but long wait time
This place is a joke... clearly run by inept, lazy idiots. I tried to order a pizza but the call went to a CALL CENTER (due to sheer employee laziness) and the person barley spoke English so I hung up... then they called me back twice like stalkers. One pizza with 2 toppings was gonna cost 28 dollars. Oh and for some moronic reason, this location does only "no contact" delivery!!! Management clearly needs to be fired. Thanks but no thanks idiots.
Can't leave minus five stars. The online order is a joke, won't give earned discounts. $50 for a large and was suppose to get a free medium.Wouldn't give us our free medium. So we changed to just a large. And tried to use our earned 20% off.Told us fifteen minutes. Called up on the phone we ordered with, after five minutes I called with another phone while still waiting for them to answer the first call .Christy answered the phone. Told them to keep them and shove the. Up their azz.The internet has done nothing but screwed every customer out of trying to get discounts . Thank God ! Christy blackisted us , from ever getting a pizza from any Dominoes ever again.

Don’t believe the app! I ordered carry out online using the Domino’s app. It says the order is ready for pickup. I arrive to pick it up. I am told they haven’t even put the pizza in the oven! Thirty minutes later I receive the order.I understand being backed up, but don’t lie to your customers. To add insult to injury, one of my pizzas was missing a topping!Terribly run establishment.
Absolutely the worst Dominos in America. The rudest people I have ever encountered. Answered the phone like normal then told me they were closed, it was 7 PM. I called back and abruptly got cussed out. It needs to be shut down. Halls TN Dominos isn't that much further away, I'll just go there.
We did an online order. The food was ready when we arrived. All the food was fresh and looked great. I did not get the guys man name but good job sir.

Once again they didn't deliver my pizza. Driver called to confirm order. I told him it was for my neighbor who was standing right there. Then driver drove off with my $56 worth of pizza and marked it as delivered. Store will not answer phone and the app will only offer me credit for a medium pizza.Absolute garbage store. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me dealing with them.

They messed up my order pretty good. I had a pan pizza and they didn't run it through the oven twice like they're supposed to so it was raw and gummy and made me lose my appetite. however they did refund my money and got a free meal the next day. They didn't honor the digital discounts I had so the 2nd meal wasn't entirely free. its a dominos so what can you expect.
Don't bother. They never have drivers anymore. Last time the pizza came all shoved to one side like it was dropped or in a serious accident.
I keep trying to order but the app says dining room closed and order by phone. When you call they NEVER answer? I think being on hold for 17 minutes says they are not going to answer. How are they still in business?
For this location to be short staffed, they provided excellent service and above average food.
I have had two separate orders canceled with promise of refund the first time it took about a week and I had to call and remind them this time I’m still waiting i’m not sure the managers name that I talk to. He is being very helpful but apparently his boss isn’t responding and he don’t know how to do it since it’s been so long since the order was placed.hours are also unpredictable
