We waited 10 minutes for our food and we only had 3 items and the dude had to look up at the screen 6 times and the food was cold this was by far my worse fast food experience. If I was able to leave a zero star I would.

On the app, they offer curbside. When I placed my order for curbside, I agreed to location sharing so they would know when I’ve arrived. When I got there, I sat in the first parking spot directly in front of the store, right beside the front door for 45 minutes. No-one ever came outside to interact. Finally, I wait through drive-through only to be told at the speaker that they have no way of knowing when we arrive because it doesn’t alert them, and to proceed to the second window. At the second window, I was told they don’t do curbside here, even though you can enter that location on the app and it gives the option for curbside. I was informed that their curbside means park and come in and get it. Annoyed, I accepted their explanation and was handed one bag of food. I then ask “are you sure this is my whole order?”, because it was a really big order. I was assured everything is there, but I checked it as I sat at the window anyway just to make sure. As I suspected, they had left out four large orders of hashbrowns, which I then had to wait for again. The only positive (and I don’t mean great, it just wasn’t horrendous) part of this interaction is that the food actually tasted pretty good even though it was cold and dead by the time my family and I got to sit down for breakfast. This definitely made the list of top ten worst fast food restaurant experiences, and I have had a lot of pretty horrible experiences.

Hardee's is a real joke when people tell you that they're really desperate for workers and every time you come inside to apply it turns out they tell you they're not hiring so why do they tell you for day and night that they're actually desperate for workers they need somebody for day shift and night shift but turns out when the hiring manager doesn't tell you they tell the employees to tell you that they're not hiring that they're full staff

Completely incompetent people! I asked for double bacon cheese burgers and got grilled cheese burgers!! Stop hiring meth addicts who have no busines working around people! !!!! Awful service. This particular Hardee's messes up my order... EVERY DANG TIMES I go there. Pathetic.
Ordered a child's meal the two chicken tenders fries drink and a toy if you don't eat much or if you're watching how much you eat this is a good meal. The chicken tenders were very good and so were the fries. A little slow getting the food out to drive through but other than that
