Little Caesars Pizza

On Dec, 2 I went into Little Caesars on maynardville highway. I ordered two pepperoni pizzas in an order of crazy bread and sauce the total price was $19.20. I ran my card. The young man said that my card had been declined. He said run it again. So I ran the card again$ 19. 20. He said it had declined again he gave me a receipt that did say declined on it. He said you can run it again. I said no I'll go outside and call my bank. Which is a way to go way to go card. Call the card number. To find that there is two charges of 19.20. Called The manager when I got home. Well let's just say she is not a pleasant person she evidently does not like her job. In fact the young man that works the counter and under the name of Judy. Must have not liked his name either. The manager did tell me that their card machine was messed up and that sometimes it double and triple charges people and yes on a declined ticket but it will still charge your card she doesn't know why it does that but she does know that the card machine is defective I explained that this was fraud taking somebody's money and then getting nothing that's kinda like theft. She also went in to say that it happens multiple times and the only way to fix this is to bring your bank statement in and show her where it was double or triple charged just a pending when I told the manager that I wanted my money back she started screaming at me oh you're threatening me I kept repeating every time she said that no ma'am I am not threatening you I just want my money returned. So be careful even if your card goes through you may be still paying for multiple orders and she don't care now I have called Little Caesars consumer hotline the guy took my complaint and said that he would email the owner and the district supervisor. And they would get ahold of me shortly. I still have yet to hear from them now I understand $38.40 is not a lot of money. But when you live on disability it is a lot of money please be careful order your pizza somewhere else stop letting Little Caesars on maynardville highway get away with theft

An hour and half to make a pizza ?? Seriously? I get it, it’s busy on a Friday evening at 6 pm, but come on… you are a PIZZA restaurant. It’s kinda what you do and that long to make a pizza and breadsticks is absolutely pathetic. And judging from the other review just two hours before i am writing this one, it seems to be an issue tonight with this location actually being able to perform their job duties or even remotely seem to care to do them to a higher standard.

I was just our order of pizza been waiting for 40 minutes or longer. Nobody cared the back door open flies everywhere. I asked him where my pizza was. It was lost. They didn’t seem to care asked for my money back. They never apologized. I’m not going back.

Dustin gave my girlfriend and I the best little Caesars experience I have ever had. He was extremely polite and welcoming. I wish more fast food workers had his outlook and positivity. Make this man a manager!

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. The manager Loretta was very unprofessional the way she spoke to my family members today was not acceptable for someone In a management position. When you place an online order and it says the order is to be picked up at 130 and someone calls just to ask a question about their order she then wants to be rude and then cancel the customers order and says that it wasn't supposed to be done until 230. Just very unprofessional the way that she handled things

Loretta the manager on duty is a disrespectful lady and should not be a manager. We place a large order at 11 for a child's birthday party and when we got there at 130 to get it she said it wasn't placed. When I called to give order number to show it had been placed I was cussed and refused service or my cash refunded. Told it would be put back on my card in 5-8 days. Very unprofessional woman and I will never order from this facility again.

Today is Valentines Day, and the pizza place is slammed at dinner time. I ordered 2 LG pizzas and 2 orders of puffs. The service was amazing, the crew in the back was hoppin! They were doing am excellent job. The 2 managers did great dealing with a couple of rude customers. I just wanted to commend them on the job they did and keeping calm while people were screaming at them. Some people expect to be put ahead in the line, and complain when it doesn't happen. Don't let those people ruin your day, you guys are doing a great job!!

I called ahead and asked for extra butter and Parmesan on my crazy bread. When I tell you whoever made my crazy bread needs a raise I mean it cause honeyyyy this is the best crazy bread!! Huge thank you!!
