They have not ever had a pizza hot and ready between the hours they are suppose to I always have to wait

Employee commitment was not there. Slow service. Prices used to be reasonable but have gone up drastically. The "Hot n Ready' does not exist at this location. I had to wait on the order I ordered on my app, 35 mins prior to arrival. My food was cold by the time I drove the 3 miles to my house.

I don't care how you order whether it's online, phone or even in the store you're gonna wait at least 15 min. The manager doesn't know how to run a take out that's for sure.

There is no such thing as a hot and ready at this location. Every time I ever stopped here they are behind. Lady said we are 30 away from hot and ready because we fill our personal orders first before we make the hot and ready. So to me the Hot and Ready advertisement is no accurate at this location. I do understand a 10 minute wait but not 30. Plus if this was the only time then I could allow for that but haven’t had a hot and ready ever here. Always been a wait. If you don’t mind the wait the pizza taste great.

Andrew working the front counter made the experience a breeze. I arrived early to pickup my pizza was greeted with a smile and hello and he told me it would be a few more minutes on my pizzas. During my wait I was able to watch how efficiently the team worked together to fulfill orders. Not only were my pizzas hot and fresh, my experience in the store was outstanding. Management team should be very proud.

The pieces are relatively good. The biggest problem I have is when they are busy. They undercook their pizzas.

Pizzas never hot and ready anymore like they advertise! Anytime you go in there for pizza it’s always a 45 minute wait seems like laziness to me

Ordered a lunch combo on the app they are suppose to make new items for app orders not give you old ones I ordered the lunch combo and 1 minute later it was loaded in the pizza portal didn't get fresh pizza I was expecting
