Called ahead to order a pizza for pick up, joked with the lady taking my call to not forget about me. I pull up to this location, call back to ask about the pizza and was put on hold by the same woman. I sat there in front of the store and watched her walk around for a while. Then eventually she went back to the phone and hung up the call. So I left. I don't understand why she hung up like that, but that was uncalled for.

I placed an order at 5:22 on 1/17/2023. Was told on the app that my pizza would be ready at 5:38. It is 7:10 and I’m still waiting on my pizza. While waiting I witnessed the “store manager” step out back multiple times to take a smoke break, come back into the store handle money and proceed to make more pizzas without ever washing his hands.

This is the Little Ceasars in Maynardville.Meant to post yesterday but forgot. Seriously, people, I promise this pizza dough was beyond soured. I spent $18.00 dollars on a cheese pizza, Italian cheese bread, and crazy bread combo just to throw it out to the dogs. Just look at this. And the little boy running the register didn't even give me a receipt, even after I asked. He just looked at me.

An hour wait in the store after ordereing on the app. 8 minute drive home and pizzas are cold. Pretzel pizza, you could barely see any cheese sauce and it wasnt even cut at all. Crazy bread was hard! Tasted like they took it out of the trash after it's time had expired. Serious disappointment!
It's little ceasers. Good staff, and if you get pizza there, definitely use the app, or else you will get stale pizza, with the app its cooked to order.
