I ordered online and when the door dash driver got there to pick up my order the staff tells the door dash driver that my order didnt go through the system but it sure did take my money I will never order here again if my money isn't refunded I will definitely be calling corporate.

Ordered food in the drive through and they made me pull forward I waited 30 minutes and decided to go in. No help at the front no one cared enough to actually be working in there. Finally yelled out for help and the slowest most unprofessional person finally helped. Took another 15 minutes to get a refund because the manager was too busy laughing and having a good time to care. How do places like this even operate or have the doors open

My experience changes every time I go. Sometimes the food is really good and made great but others it’s loaded with grease all in the buns and wrappers and our food is made in correctly. Plus the staff just seems miserable working there which I understand but their attitude is what represents the place!

Placed a mobile order, husband got to the drive thru at 10:59 and was told the store was closed and to cancel the order online. Called the store and the manager, who wasn't very nice, said that they've been closing at 11 for the past month even though the app shows they are still open til midnight. Google shows the same thing. The manager claims they have been losing money staying open til midnight even though my husband said the drive thru was full of cars on a Thursday night. Sounds like a bunch of lazy people who don't want to work. Manager said she couldn't cancel my order and refund my money because she had already turned off the entire system by 11:06 when I called. Horrible manager and horrible store.

I went through drive thru and the messed up my order the first time and went inside to get it fixed and they still got it wrong, I'm lactose intolerant and I cant eat cheese yet I specifically said no cheese and they still put cheese on it, I'm not spending my gas to go back and forth just for them to keep messing up my order.

Went thru drive last night with a medium size order had to wait on food it was cold my double quarter pounder meal was left out I didn’t not get it the food tasted like it had been under a heat lamp for hours I do not recommend if you want good service and fresh food I would prefer to speak to a manager about my visit
