My only hang up is sometimes the bathrooms aren't as clean as can be and the particular McDonalds in South Knox off of Mountain Grove wants to limit you to 30 mins whether they're busy or not. I general take 45 mins to an hour to eat and sometimes longer. I've done this all my life

We've stopped here a total of 3 times. Never again. They have screwed up our orders all 3 times. 1st time- missing items. 2nd time- gave me dr. Pepper instead of diet coke. 3rd time was today. App said they started serving lunch at 10:45. Not so, lunch starts at 11. We waited. Ordered a big mac meal, large fries. Received sausage mcmuffin and hash browns. Went back to drive thru and she tried to tell me I had ordered it during breakfast. Also ordered the cajun bacon mc crispy. No bacon.never again.

This location which I believe is maynardville always has the best food and employees. Back when I first posted this it was true now its not I do not recommend. Had to wait 45 mins for 2 large strawberry milkshakes in the parking lot where they tell you to pull when they don't have your order. But really 45 minutes for 2 milkshakes come on now.

I didn’t spend a dime at this location. Went through the drive through asked for 2 shamrock shakes at lunch time and was told the icecream machine was down for cleaning. IF YOU ARE GONNA LIE COME UP WITH SOMETHING BETTER. I live in this town and won’t be eating here ever again and will make sure everyone that I know does the same.

I'll get some Naldo's, as a treat.Food's normal quality. However, shout-out to the girl in the window with the snake bite piercings. Literally the most pleasant interaction I've ever had with a McDonald's employee. If she's not employee of the month every month and isn't making like $18+/hr, y'all sleeping on giving this girl what she deserves. She was so sweet that it stuck out as being different, like she actually cares and actually likes what she does kinda vibe. That's the sort of person that needs to be rewarded, even if it's fake niceness (which it didn't seem like. She had the vibe of just being a really pleasant person). Anyway. If her manager sees this, give her a raise or something!

One of the worst experience I've ever had a a McDonald's we got two mcdoubles tow quarters with cheese first time doubles missing patty each and no cheese on the quarters managers stated could not replace and was yelling in background how she was tired of redoing items had to come back thru again when doubles were not plain as ordered manager once again was very smart with us and tried to not remake total of almost 35 mins and both times coming back thru manager tried to blame us and acted like the reception was wrong
