i have never been disappointed by this subway but tonight was a completely different story. both sandwich’s i ordered were cold, i clearly asked for them toasted but after they were. the employees sat my order aside and started on someone else’s order. i’ve been trying to get ahold of them for the past 5 minutes and no one has been answering the phone. very disappointed.
