Great store! Friendly staff. Nothing bad to say about this Taco Bell compared to tazewell or millertown pike locations, will be back to get my quesadilla shout out to JUJU for making my experience everytime enjoyable!
Food and customer service was fine. But the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting and the lobby wasn't cleaned. This was at 10:32 am on a Saturday morning.

This was hands down the worst Taco Bell food I've ever been served. I specifically asked for easy chipotle sauce and I guess the jerk that prepared the food thought it would be funny to put extra chipotle sauce, because so much sauce had been added it was literally dripping out of the burrito! It tasted so disgusting I could not even eat it! It is infuriating to waste money on food that is inedible!

Once again thoroughly not happy. I will not be going back. I should not have to check my order before I leave. I expect it to be right when I get home. This is not the first time, nor is it the second or third time. The order was again wrong and it looked like it may have been someone else's. The tacos are always soggy and are split at the fold. The only good thing I can say was the front counter cashier was very nice and friendly. I won't be calling to have my order made over. There's no point. That does not solve the issue.
