Its EVERYTIME we order at this location that we never get all our food or the food is wrong. Its pitiful that the MANAGER cant even own up to their stores mistake. She sends other people to the window to apologize and remake the food. Im done with this store. The only reason ive given it multiple chances is because of Melanie. She is the best person there and genuinely gives a crap about customers. Unlike others there.

The last 3 times I have went, my orders are always messed up. Last night I was supposed to get a Doritos locos taco with my box, got a hard shell instead and didn’t even get my cinnamon twists. The time before that, my husband ordered 3 double deckers and got 3 crunchy tacos. The time before that, I ordered 3 bean burritos and two cheesy roll ups for my daughter and they completely messed it up. Gave us 5 bean burritos and no cheesy roll ups. I don’t know what’s going on with the staff right now, but come on yall. I used to work at the same Taco Bell location for over a year, it really isn’t hard to get orders right.

Went in twice this past week in the morning before noon. Whoever is making the food is doing a fantastic job, the guy that handed me my order was super kind and I just think the Maynardville, TN Tacobell is doing a great job in my most recent experience. Give credit where it'd due!

Great store! Friendly staff. Nothing bad to say about this Taco Bell compared to tazewell or millertown pike locations, will be back to get my quesadilla shout out to JUJU for making my experience everytime enjoyable!
Food and customer service was fine. But the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting and the lobby wasn't cleaned. This was at 10:32 am on a Saturday morning.
