I stop at this Sonic 1:00 to 2 times a day usually for 7 days every week. This is not the first time that I have went there and was told that they could not sell me a cup of ice at this time. Only the night shift has done this. When I asked if the reason was because they were out of ice the female on the other side of the headset stumbled her words and said yeah is there something else I can get for you. Makes me wonder what's really going on because if anyone has ever gotten anything from Sonic before then you know that ice has to be used for not only their soft drinks and their cheese but they're slushy drinks as well so if they're out of ice you mean to tell me they can't sell any of that and it only happens on this shift. The day shift never has a problem like this and they're always polite and very courteous when I come there. Am I going to have to find a new place to get my ice before work? I sincerely hope not being as I love Sonic so much but I refuse to be treated poorly and with poor customer service by this individual.Holefully management can figure out what the problem is and resolve the issue. Third time in a row my order was wrong. Ticket is correct, but the intellectual handicapped staff just can't seem to get it correct. Food cold and wrong. Final strike for me. These people do not deserve to reproduce let alone get a tip.
