The restaurant looks old and dingy, the owners clearly do not have an interest in daily function and efficiency. It take over 10 minutes to get blizzards made, they take orders on a piece of paper and it’s almost never correct and their burgers taste like they were reheated and made hours prior. I have gone back several times hoping for a better experience, however it falls short every time. The team seems to try. Owners and management need to be more engaged.

I'll start off by saying the the food has been good no complaints there really, but the drive-thru wait times ARE RIDICULOUS!!! There is absolutely no reason I should be waiting in line for 30 mins with only 2 cars ahead of me. It hasn't been only one time either! The past 5 times I have been, 5 times! I'm just gonna leave it at that. No other complaints.

Could use a remodel and 1 of the cashier's doesn't speak very good English, very hard to understand her. Still pleased with the service and food tho. Thank y'all

This is our first time at this DQ as we came to check out the town of Mckenzie. I thought everyone was new but after reading reviews, apparently the new management has been here a while. We went to the Paris DQ last week and ordered the exact same things and they were not as good. We ordered an Oreo & Brownie Cupfection and they had no brownies for it, just pieces. My Pecan Cluster was ok but not as good as Paris DQ. We had to ask them to re make the Superman Blizard as it was melted. We'll stick to Paris DQ. The customers were nice though...

Place is horrible with new owners, weird sterile hospital lights, food is worse than it used by far. Just fell off hard. Feels incredible corporatized. 🚬🦕

Food was fixed well but I got sick as a dog after eating, didn't sleep all last night, never did vomit but dizzy, nausea, faint, weak. Some of the worst has I've ever had throughout the night. It was just a chicken basket, no milkshake, no drink. I definitely won't eat here again. Could have been something else, I doubt it

Rude help, very old and dirty, also everything seemed to be more expensive than most DQ, The menu seemed limited, I'll drive right past DG on my next visit thru McKenzie.
