Always great service and great food

This was the most unappetizing plate of food that I have ever had set in front of me at restaurant. The rice was obviously old and reheated (the grains were dried out from being on a warmer so long). I ordered carnitas. The meat was also dry and old tasting and completely unseasoned except for salt. The beans did not seem fresh either. I did send it back and did not pay for it. I rarely go out to eat, and this was very disappointing. The restaurant was full of flies. The server was very nice and I had no complaints with her whatsoever. Also, older reviews show pitchers of margaritas. They do not have liquor, only beer and Cayman Jack type drinks. I will not be trying this restaurant again.

I ordered a dinner that contained beef & chicken. At the age of 53, I can taste when the meat is old leftovers. I like the restaurant but I like eating fresh food more.

I had the tacos Al carbon, The flavor was really good, however the waiter didn’t know what pico de gallo was. Who’s is a regular staple of Mexican cuisine. They brought it out and consisted of mushy tomatoes and mushy (lil bit) of onion. Wasn’t good at all. The Hot Sause was very tasty.

Always a 5 star experience at Maria's! We had a large party and our server worked her tail off to keep checks organized and drinks refilled. I wish I had gotten her name!
