Probably the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. And have ate at McDonald’s all over the country, CO, OR, TX, WA, UT, LA And here in TN. Service is extremely slow and even more rude. ALWAYS get parked no matter what I order. I wait for 20-30 minutes in the parking spots. Not very convenient for a drive thru. Fries are either soggy or cardboard, and not even enough fries to fill their container. Burgers are dried out. Presentation of the sandwich’s is really terrible....read full review
ordered on mobile app. wentvto drive through. they say they cant find it . had to go inside and show cashier my phone and all the time my order number was up on tv board ..
This location is horrible for customer/guest service. I was in this morning and stood at the counter for twenty minutes waiting on someone to take my order. There were also other guests that were standing there even longer than me waiting for their order to be taken. It’s an every single day occurrence at this location. No matter the time of day.
