I pick up and deliver orders for door dash. This morning at approximately 9:45 a.m. I was picking up an order at front counter and the employee making the order informed the whole store that she had only been at work 2 hours and already is sick of DoorDash. That is not professional at all and if she isn't happy in customer service maybe she needs a different job. I haven't had any issues here in the year I've been picking up orders. Seems like McDonalds is hiring just anyone and the service and food show it.

Ordered a chicken quarter pounder a #7 meal and a 10 piece mcnuget at drive threw few ninutes agao what I got was a 10 price nuget LG coke chicken quarter pounder and a large fry think they forgot my 2 cheese burgers

Would not know about the food. And I walked in manager was at the front doing something with another customer refund wise. Don't know why. But after waiting for that he and the staff member both walked away. Never even acknowledged I was there. I waited for a couple of minutes and they didn't come back so I said screw it and I left.

Grandson's fav he is 3 and 5, they were disappointed no crocks we have been to 3 McDonalds this week and no croc! We will try one tomorrow on our town and see if they can get crocks they want one for mommy and Nem'ma me! Please help!

Do not go to this McDonald's. They charged my card $36.94 and refused to give me my food after I was charged. I asked for the manager and a number to make a complaint. We were told to leave and they would not give us our order or money back. Worst customer service, worst McDonald's! Beware of this place, and this isn't the first issue. They have given my child a cheeseburger with no meat on it before, just bun, ketchup, and a wrapper. When they make mistakes refuse to fix issue everytime

The manager is an awesome person! LEE, Your staff was awesome at rectifying my concern. I'm hard of hearing and didn't want to make a loud fuss. Thank you for your kindness, and I will enjoy the Xtra fries and added Apple Pie. How did you it was my favorite? As to all of you, don't become an idiot. Just rectifying the issue with your concern means the world for both management and consumers alike. Go to this location, kindness and understanding is everything in all humanity. Be humble, folks!

This is one of the most consistently sub par mcdonalds. The poor quality of food has become standard. The service is terrible and if you want to eat in you might get no service at all. With the exception of a few excellent employees, i don't know how they stay in business.
