Inconsistent cup sizing for coffees. Brought it up to the manager and they basically brushed it off when how they don’t train their employees.

The food was good but me and my friend ordered on kiosk and wanted to pay at the counter. So me and my friend waited for a bit we saw in the kitchen and an employee looked us both dead in the eye continued to do nothing about it there was another employee in front of him playing a game on his phone. It took my friend looking over the counter and saying “hey!” Before one of those employees asked another guy to come and take the order.

No frappes, no shakes, no smoothies, no ice cream. Hardly any service. We were there for an hour with a business associate drinking cappuccinos & then ordered food on the app to bring home. The fish sandwich was not only assembled askew, it had obviously been sitting under the warmer since lunch. It was 4:30. The fish was dry & rubbery & hard to eat but since I had nothing else I choked it down. The fries were all cold, upside down & in the bottom of the bag. The cheeseburgers were dried out & falling apart. Nobody was in the front of the store the entire time we were there yet I could see a group standing in the kitchen seemingly scrolling on their phones & talking. I don't expect to spend any more money at this store. We'll drive to Dresden where they have their act together. Very disappointed.

Early morning for breakfast 07:00 am. Pull up and all the workers standing outside by the customer entrance smoking. You just opened why does everyone need a smoke break?

I ordered the chicken sandwich value meal with an extra sandwich. I modified the sandwiches with only mayo and cheese. ALL my food was cold. I have enough mayo on my sandwich for 5 sandwiches. My Co workers ordered as well and received cold food.

Self order kiosks are annoying. When food is ordered/ready they don't bring drinks or cups, you have to go up to counter to get the cups after food arrives at table.

Never can get all my sauces. No game pieces on stuff that I specifically order for game pieces and they don't even inform you just hope you aren't paying attention to what your supposed to be getting. Like how hard is it to read a screen or receipts taped to the dang bag that tells you what sauces the people order. All I wanted was some spicy BBQ and they can't seem to ever give me my picante sause packs

Stopped because I needed a drink. No one at the counter. Workers back and forth. They see me but no one says a word. No hello or can we help you. I sat for a minute to make a phone call, then left spending no money.
The drive thru lady was beyond rude. Seeing that my order wasn't correct and asking to have what I ordered seem to upset her. She filled my cup of coffee to the top, it was scalding hot. So when I took the lid off to add my creamer it spilled onto my entire left hand. If I wasn't able to shake it off and apply cool water it would have been very bad. The manager was notified of all the issues and potential danger of the spilled coffee. The food was good but it wasn't really enjoyable because of the for mentioned issues. It will be sometime before I give McDonald's another chance to earn my money and trust.

This location needs to clean their grease more often. I was here the night before my frys where solid brown. Now this morning the hash brown is clearly cooked in old grease and taste horrible.

You're typical McDonald's. Never has coffee in the evenings,ice cream machine is down frequently, and the food is usually overcooked.

Ordered a 20 piece nugget, a 10 piece nugget meal, and stood around while 6 other customers recieved their orders after ordering behind me.. one of which was the same as my order but with 2 smooties.. absolutely will not be going to this McDonalds anymore.

Ordered 6a (chicken snack wraps in ranch) meal with large fry and large drink. That part of my order was perfect. Ordered 5a (4 piece chicken tenders) meal with large fry and large drink, bbq sauce to go with it. Here’s where the disappointment sets in. Received 3 pieces of chicken tenders, and honey mustard instead of bbq sauce. *queue the sigh of disappointment*. This is the second time McKenzie McDonalds has screwed up order. 1st time was a Mobil order where they forgot the McFlurry (luckily I went inside and gave my receipt to get it fixed), 2nd time I got all the way home after a round of golf to be disappointed at the mess up that was my order. Corporate can you please do something about this McDonalds. I know I’m not the only one who is having bad experiences with the McKenzie location.
