We were there yesterday. I ordered a chicken parmesan, which was good, but my wife got sick from the buffet within 20 minutes of leaving the restaurant. I called yesterday immediately after it happened and was told to call today for help. When I called today, I was told I was lying and that we were making it up. I was hung up on before I even had a chance to dispute it. I do not recommend eating here at all. I'm willing to remove this review if someone can make this right. Also, we saw three mice running around while we were there. All I was asking for it to be made right was just for her buffet cost to be refunded. We won't ever be eating here again after the way I was treated on the phone.

Nasty and cold! Saturday evening for dinner, 2 senior adults with a water and ice tea and our bill was $46.50 for the seafood buffet, which had no real seafood lol! It was terrible and the food choices were not full/refilled. All of the deserts looked like a child had been playing in them. Never again! Warning ⚠️ It's terrible. The only thing that was good was our server and it wasn't her fault.

I got an item off the menu and 3 others got the buffet. I ordered pork chop dinner with veggies and soup . Ordered an appetizer. 30 minutes later I'm asking about my soup and appetizer. Oh I'm sorry, it'll be right out. Family had gone to buffet. 45 minutes and my wife went to the waitress, can you at least bring his soup. Oh I'm sorry, I forgot. Brought his soup, but it was cold. Asked for the bill when I asked about the appetizer and she said it would be right out. I still had not gotten any of my food. It wasn't very busy when we came in. I knew the pork chop would take 30 to 25 minutes. That's why I ordered an appetizer and soup. Never got anything until I was ready to walk out. Manager came over and told me the order had only gone to the kitchen 18 minutes ago. When my wife had asked about the mushrooms before she would go to the salad bar, oh sorry, I'll check on them. She ran to the register and then ran to the back with a piece of paper in her hand. 20 minutes had already passed since we had placed our order. She forgot to turn in into the kitchen. The manager insisted I eat it then and there at the restaurant. I said no. Everyone else is done. I've waited too long for an appetizer or soup. Let alone my pork chop that should take 20 to 25 minutes. He compt me for the meal. This place left a bad impression for our first time there. We were traveling from out of town and took my wife's family for dinner. I will never go there again.

Horrible place. Food was wrong and bland. The guy who said he was the owner yelled at our waitress so loudly we could hear him all over the restaurant. He made her cry. We tried to talk to him, he denied yelling at her and told us he was Greek and that was the way he talked. Plates on the buffet were dirty. Buffet food was all cold. Spent $140 on food we could not eat in an unfriendly atmosphere. Will never go back and would advise anyone going not to waste your money.

Ordered the special, it was not hot/fresh when delivered to the table. Waitstaff was likely new, not very attentive nor efficient.

Owner yelled and cussed very loudly at his staff, was rude to our family, food was terrible. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

First time going and I was impressed with the food and the hospitality.

Food was super super super mediocre up the 15% didn’t work if you’re a Bethel student and it’s only good if you’re 65+ Decor mid and the sign doesn’t work outside so the appearance wasn’t appealing to began with.
